My family came to Petrill Construction last month to schedule a remodel of our Drexel Hill home. By all accounts, this company was reputable– it had a great website, no bad reviews, and Kirk was very knowledgable and experienced. We also spoke with Dylan from Albright Design, and were very impressed. When it came to scheduling the job, it was a different story. Someone needs to take ACCOUNTABILITY for Linda Petrill who acts as «office manager» for this establishment. WOW. Her customer service skills are awful– I don’t think she comprehends the meaning of customer service. Her attitude was demeaning, condescending and her demeanor was that of an angry, bitter old woman. She should be nowhere near customers !!! Until this person is removed for her offensive behavior and lack of customer service, we are taking our business elsewhere, and so are many other customers. Unfortunately, it seems that she is a relative of the owner(God, I hope he’s not married to this gorgon!) — so the she feels entitled to abusing staff around her and prospective customers like me and my mom and dad. What a shame to treat customers like that!
