What’s the deal with all the whining about Dr Adair not being gentle and being arrogant? He’s a wonderful dentist and is by far the most competent health care professional I’ve ever met.
I went to him after having not gone to the dentist in 15 years (I had a terrible experience with my former dentist while in high school) for a cracked tooth. I had to have a root canal and a crown put on one of my molars and was absolutely dreading it. Dr Adair is a genius in pain management and I never felt one bit of pain throughout the whole process.
Say what you will about his personality (he really is a great guy), but questioning his professionalism is ridiculous.

The office is very nice and clean. The prices are about 20−30% higher than Austin dentists (maybe because you don’t have many choices in Drippin). And, they do not have Friday hours!!!
Dr. Allen Adair is a no nonsense type of guy, if not a bit arrogant. It’s just a style thing, but I think dentistry is a very intimate craft, and as such, the practitioners should show significant caring and friendliness to keep nervousness at bay.
