I was just married at Heritage House and I cannot say enough great things about the site, the facilities, and the owner Cindi Baker. If you are looking for your picturesque hill country wedding site, this is where you need to get married. The site has a gorgeous, well air conditioned white chapel. It looks likes something out of a bridal magazine shoot. There are other spots on the property well set up for an outdoor ceremony; I just really liked the chapel and I’m not a super religious person. The cocktail pavilion setup was a great in-between to hold the guests before the reception. There’s lots of spots on the property for people to walk around, sit, enjoy the view etc. Its set up with a sound system where you can play your ipod, so super easy to entertain guests. The reception hall is a gorgeous looking barn that is well air conditioned and well designed. It has beautiful festoon lighting inside and has room in the rafters for other lighting(chandeliers or lanterns). I can’t wait to see the pictures of how the hall looked for my wedding. The site has stone walkways everywhere, so no heels going into the mud. You can bring your own caterer, alcohol, party bus. There are three little cottages for grooms, brides, and families to get ready in. The owner of this facility is one of the most professional, polite, caring people I have ever met. Her name is Cindi Baker and you will love her. She is meticulous about details, she knows her facility and what looks nice, she will work with your vision of what you want. Everywhere you go on her site there are little touches of her meticulous nature. She has one of her husbands antique cars drive you to the chapel and if heaven forbid your minister not make it, he is a former justice of the peace and can perform the ceremony. The people she has managing and helping day of are just like her: concerned, meticulous, polite, and just absolutely lovely. I could go on and on about this place, but don’t want to seem like I’m ranting. As a very organized type A bride. I had NO worries on my wedding day with this facility and owner. It is a gem and will make you so happy.

I recently had opportunity to participate in a wedding celebration at Heritage House. This beautiful facility is located just 15 minutes outside of Dripping Springs, yet feels like it could be in another world. Heritage House offers a quiet, serene setting with rustic Hill Country charm. They have a beautiful chapel for ceremonies, and a large events center for the reception. Additionally there are three guest cottages for use by the wedding party. The grounds were just immaculate. Best of all, the owner, personable Cindi Baker, was on hand to make sure the event went smoothly throughout the night. Heritage House opened just last year, but I suspect it will rapidly become the«go-to» venue for weddings and other celebrations looking to experience the Hill Country charm!
