Hill Country Pest Control

We’ve been using JC for about 5 years now. Super friendly and he knows how to remedy critter problems in this area. We went through a handful of other companies around here before we got to JC — all the others did a poor job, most couldn’t tell time apparently! We’ve been very happy with JC, hence why we’ve stuck with him for 5 years. He’s always been punctual and reliable. The only time we’ve had trouble reaching him was when he was on vacation (he is a one-​man operation) but I’ve never needed emergency pest control services and he got back to me as soon as he returned so not a problem for me!

I have used Hill Country Pest Control for over 15 years. JC has been servicing our home and he is very knowledgeable and works hard to solve the problem. He is always great with our pets and family. He is trustworthy in our home and yard. His customer service is spot on. I have recommended him to our neighbors and friends.

I hired this company for a pest problem. After the job was completed the owner gave me a guarantee and asked that I contact him should the pest’s return. The pest’s did return not long after his services. Now the owner will not answer his telephone, nor will he return my calls. Now I must hire another company to finish what he could not do.

My family and I cannot understand the behavior of J.C.Carrillo. He had done frquent
jobs for us at our home in Lakeway and in Austin. We would call him over & over
leaving messages for him to return our call so we could book services all to no avail.
Once, when I finally reached him, he would have to call me back because he was
leaving to a exterminators convention. Thankfully, I chose not to pursue the matter because he is very unprofessional by resorting to lying to us about coming to do a job. If he didn’t want us or needed as customers he should have told us. There is
plenty of companies who are professional and punctual. I tried to sign up with him
for quarterly extermination visits and he obviously doesn’t need the business. I am
now using Orkin.

I have used Hill Country Pest Control for over 10 years and JC is fabulous! He is thorough when doing the service and is very cautious with the chemicals he uses. Also, he is very knowledgeable of all the pests around my home. I have recommended him to many friends and new neighbors.

Had Hill Country Pest Control work on our attic due to rats in summer 2007. Their work was adequate, but we had some problems after they finished; when I called for advice, they would not return my calls. Overpriced and poor service.
