Alan Pogue is sure a good salesman. My wife wanted some of his tapes for Christmas and a horse ball made by someone else. Alan convinced me to get a horse ball from him. The ball cost over $ 100, but broke(seam split) after less than three months of very light use. Stuff like this happens. The reason I’m giving them two stars is that they *totally* failed to stand behind their product. I asked for my money back. No. I asked for a replacement ball(although my wife didn’t even really want to try again). No. They offered to SELL me another ball at half price. In my world, if you sell someone a product, and it turns out that the product is defective, you make it right. You don’t offer to sell them another one at a discount.
