It’s tough to be in this business and I have read some of the reviews. With our situation they anticipated time for our project, but when they started we had other issues arise so they stayed and helped us solve this ongoing water issue. I sympathize because it did cause them to put off their next appointment. SORRY. I like the guys, I have been a resident for 16 years and they put in our original RO system and now the new one. We had a leak, which I thought was due to an issue with the install, however, it had nothing to do with their system. They came out and then would not let me pay a service charge even though it was NOTTHEIRISSUE. We have ongoing water issues with living in the Hill Country with our lovely water. Folks should chill just a bit because they are here a long time and I’d really like them to be here for me the next time I need service, which we will! When it comes to a service industry it puts you in a tough spot. Trying to schedule and time the unknown is very difficult. I try very hard to be sympathetic to this type of industry. I guess that goes with maturity or something!

set an appointment with them and on the morning of the appointment received a call asking to reschedule later in the evening. After rescheduling received a call, which I missed, from them well after the agreed upon time but they left no voice-mail regarding the appointment for the estimate we had agreed to.

This is one the worst places to even consider a water filtration system, unless you want refurbished marked up system. Installer installed and leaked for one week be for they fixed it. So like I said if you want to pay top dollar for shoddy work have at it.

The most horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m only putting one star in the rating because I’m unable to put zero. We were contacted by Texas Water Solutions, Inc. after signing up to win a gift certificate to Iron Cactus while enjoying Saturday evening music at the Galleria. We were completely unaware that we were signing up to be contacted by TWS(issue #1). Regardless, we went ahead and scheduled an appointment for today, thinking that both my husband and I would be home. As it turned out, something came up and my husband had to go out for a bit. When I answered the door to greet the«technical director,» the first thing out of his mouth was«is your husband home?»(issue #2). So, from the very start, this man had what appeared to me to be a bad attitude. After testing the water, which he deemed terrible. He proceeded to tell me that this was going to be a very expensive job because they would need to dig up the ground and whatever else. After all was said and done(maybe 15 minutes) I let him know that I didn’t think we were interested in doing all of this right now, and that I would want to get more than one opinion on the water if/when we were interested. To this he became visually agitated and proceeded to tell me that he just talked to my husband yesterday and that he said he would be here at 1pm today. I told him my husband was busy and something came up, but that I was speaking for both of us right now. The guy then bitterly tossed the pamphlet and his card down and left the house. I was so angry when my husband got back home that he called the man to complain. Even then, the TWS employee came back at him saying that he said he would be here at 1pm, to which my husband informed him that someone would be here at 1pm, but that none of that mattered anymore because we would not be doing business with them now or in the future. The woman who originally called to schedule the appointment was friendly and kind, but the man who came out to check the water was anything but friendly and kind. I have never witnessed someone who was so clearly anti-female, and who treated me as if I couldn’t possibly understand something technical or be able to make decisions for my household. This is truly the most appalling customer service interaction I have ever experienced.

Great company — installed a Puronics water filtration system and softener for the entire house — works great — Called because I had a question and they sent someone out right away to talk with me about it — no issues — Recommended. Bill
