So glad Dryden has this now! Really yummy! Will definitely go back. The sweet potato fries were great and the pulled pork had a really nice smokiness. The portion of the sweet potato fries was huge and the pork was too large to finish too. Looking forward to trying other things there too!

We ordered take out and it was pretty good. Nothing too special, though. The corn bread is good.

Unilocal is forcing me to give this post a star, even though one star is too much for this restaurant. Not a good choice. Ordered the Cobb Salad with chicken. First, the salad was small and was served with no dressing… I had to ask for it(it was supposed to come with Bleu cheese). The chicken on the salad, which I paid extra for, was all dark meat which may be to the liking of some but not especially liked by me. The real turnoff was the discovery of what appeared to be three neck bones(small vertebrae) in the salad. That ended my meal. My spouse had the mac & cheese and pulled pork. Portions were very small and the mac & cheese was dried out as though it had been sitting in the warmer for several hours. We paid almost $ 30 for this meal. We won’t be going back.

Nice to see a BBQ place in Dryden. The place has a lot of potential. Pulled pork had nice flavor, portions for the sides were small but mac & cheese was good as well as the potato salad. The portobello portions were small, but had nice, mild, flavor. The Caesar salad is not the typical Caesar flavor, but more of a southwest flavored dressing. Our biscuits were a little burned on bottom, but can see them being a really great addition to the meal a little less over done. Overall, a good meal… looking forward to trying again.
