This is one of the Greatest places in the area! Every-time we come to visit I must insist I eat here. The Chef was at the Golden Mushroom if I am correct? He is INCREDIBLE. I had a beautiful Pheasant soup recently, I still think of it now. Wonderful cuts of buffalo, the sauces are exquisite that accompany the meat. Oh writing this makes me want to go now! The wines by the glass are a bit weak, and the servers are not really impressive, but my standards are a bit high I guess. The environment there is so beautiful in all seasons… But the best part about this place is the Lobster bake in July, which from what I understand you have to sign up early. It is quite the event… Four courses on different parts or the Estate, and of course you take a hay ride to the middle of a field to eat lobsters that are cooking right there. It is one of the best dining experiences I have ever had! You do have to be a member so you might want to find someone around to take you or just get a membership. I think it is well worth it!
