I had a PC built by Rusty at Foothill Computers. I had a lot of questions. Rusty was very patient and answered all of my questions. I have been going to them for all of my PC problems for years and have never been disappointed with their work. The prices for repairs and custom built PC’S are very reasonable. I would recommend them in a heartbeat

Was recommended this place for repairs.
Was busy and therefore wanted to save time not having to troublehsoot/​replace flickering IBM ThinkPad screen myself.
Early December, I dropped off my laptop in prestine condition for a screen flicker issue. Was quoted a screen replacement would be needed.
Estimate and invoice had my cell phone number clearly recorded.
I assumed as soon as it is ready, I would receive a call.
Was considerate as to not call them over the holidays. Figured they were busy.
Never received a call from FC. Went in after the holidays to inquire about my laptop.
Apparently it was picked up by someone else in the company.
All fine, I though. Took days to confirm signature.
However, the invoice had no serial numbers recorded.
Laptop is now completely lost — GONE, nowhere to be found. Once again this was an older laptop (so less than a $ 1,000 loss), but one I rely on fro my work heavily, love to work on and above all it was in pristine condition.
No way to prove, figure out where it is. All we can determine from our inventory, and what was picked up and dropped off — same model, but the one that was given back to customer is same model but dirty, scratched, in horrible shape — essentially not the same one.
I feel like I have been cheated.
If you take your computer here for any kind of repair, make sure to record all serial numbers, take pictures, get an insurance and better yet put a GPS chip in it if you want to ever see it again.

Gary and Rusty have been taking care of all the computer systems here at Air-​Tro for years now. They give expert advice, prompt service and reasonable pricing. I’ve never been disappointed with their work.

I went here about a year ago, a whole week went by and when I went in to check up on the status they hadn’t touched my pc the entire time and failed to contact me. Don’t bother doing business with this place.

I got referred to these guys by a friend so I went into the shop and the customer in front of me was talking to the manager. I listened to the conversation discovered that customer didn’t understand why he had dropped off his computer last time and got charged $ 80 for a part and this time was charged less for the same part which broke again. The manager just looked at him and said, «Well, do you want the part or not?» That really made me wonder but I shrugged aside the manager’s rudeness and dropped my computer off.
My computer wasfixed in two days which made me happy but three months later I had the same exact problem with my computer. They charged me $ 150 to fix my computer the first time and now they’re are trying to charge me $ 300 to fix the same problem! I asked them why they didn’t fix the probelm properly last time and they just said that they couldn’t tell completely what was wrong with it.
