This has been the worse experience. This women Loyda Ferreira has plain rob me. Charging me for a service she never completed. She never responded to my phone call text or e-mail. I am in the process of pursuing legal actions against her practice.

I.E. Document service did my divorce a couple years ago and I paid extra to have a Quit Claim dead signed by my Ex and notarized, and I’ve made many attempts over the last year or two, to contact I.E. Service to get the original and they never return calls or emails!

I received superb customer service and follow-through and was able to get my case settled in a matter of time! If I had any questions, Loyda was more than helpful. She remained on top of my case the entire time and was able to guide me all the way through. I would highly recommend IE Document Services for any legal matters.

Their services were just ok. I had to call numerous times to get a hold of someone and she was never at the office each time she said she was going to be. They got the job done but I had to call constantly in order to hear something back and we had a ex parte case which was extremely time sensitive. Probably won’t use their service again.
