Great service!
I used to use Rich’s next day dry cleaning and after a disagreement on services, and he accused me of being wrong and lecturing me, I switched.
1−800-dryclean has excellent service. And they seem to run their business efficiently too. I don’t have clothes to clean every week and they noticed that with their data and proactively asked me if I only want them to come every other week, and that was perfect for me. And they seend me an email reminder the day beforehand! That is them using their resources efficiently and a good business strategy! I can appreciate that.
Clothes come back promptly and communications are outstanding. I highly recommend!

I live in Danville near BH plaza. Lot’s of cleaners nearby. I leave my items on porch and in three days have them back better than new. NOT expensive, well worth it and to me — more reasonable than local cleaners. Brent and his wife go over and above to accommodate clients and they are extremely kind. I find that little nagging items are fixed without my even mentioning. Buttons tightened, hems restitched, even an expensive sterling pen that hubby forgot in pocket was returned in thick envelope with my delivery a few days later. Amazing.
