7-Eleven

I never hated a gas station before this place is terrible. The 711 employees are rude and always look inconvenienced.
One time the gas stopped pumping for at least 15min (not sure how long it lasted). The employee said it’s normal and acted like I was an idiot for informing them. They said it’s normal after they fill the tanks!!! I’ve never seen this and I traveled most states.
I go out of my way to avoid this place.

The staff is always friendly, and even remember me by name. I’m a regular and come in pretty early in the morning and they always seem to be in good spirits. I’ll actually be moving soon and honestly, I’m kind of sad I won’t be stopping by here every morning anymore! So that right there tells me they are doing something right. Keep up the great customer service, and the great coffee!

This place is in a super convenient location for my busy day, so even though I always swear I will never come back, I sometimes try again. NEVER AGAIN. This is the third time in the last year I have pulled into a gas pump only to find out it is broken. I am then trapped by other cars and have to wait for nothing. Today the pump told me to pay inside so I waited in line and asked for my pump. The guy said it’s not working. I said could you please put up a sign when the pumps are broken so I don’t park there? He just looked away and ignored me until I went away. TOTAL JERK WORST GAS STATION EVER.

Pretty clean. I felt like they didn’t have much of a «ready meal» selection. Lots of liquor and beer though!

I go to this store every now and then. Yesterday was a very special day, Christmas Day… Since Safeway was closed for the holiday, I stopped by to purchase several bottles of sodas for our party. After paying, I either dropped or left my wallet on thier counter. I didn’t realize that I had lost my wallet until the next day. I frantically searched everywhere for it. As my last resort, I went back to this store and asked if someone had turned in a wallet. I was really lucky and blessed that this store has nice and honest employees. They found the wallet and kept it in a secure place for the owner to return and claim it. «There are good people after all»…

I felt discriminated by the man that works at 7Eleven and the guy shows my ID to the older women that works here and I felt hurt by him showing my old ID to his coworkers. I felt so embarrassed my heart was pounding. How can you treat me like that? I showed him my old ID also keep in mind Someone has stolen my wallet. Otherwise I would’ve shown him my new ID. Keep it business oriented. Also the lady that works there needs to be retrained. They are so judgmental of the type of cigarette I get. Will not be back

Nothing to complain about. They have 20lb bags of ice and 7lb bags. Icees. And anything needed from a quick stop convince store. The folks are nice.

Bad customer service and Lazy. Lady works there need to take care customer more often.

It’s a 7-​Eleven, how good/​bad can it get? Convenient. Gas. Beer. Snacks. 3 stars.

Great prices on gas also.

They carry a mountain dew slushee which is a plus. The customer service here is horrible. If you forget what pump that you are filling up at and you ask the night shift guy there what pump your at he might cus you out. Also do not buy different lotto tickets from this guy that pisses him off too.

Of course it helps that i live less than a block away so it is easy to frequent on my way to and from work. The way i look at it, most 7−11s are quite similar, the difference only lies in the employees and whether or not there is a gas station. In the case of this 7 – 11, they have a gas station, and all the employees are pretty cool. Although I think i am making that statement having only met two of them; the day guy and the night guy. the older looking fellow that works nights always seems in a somewhat cheery mood and has never had a bad attitude which i think is saying a lot, judging my past experiences at other convenience marts.
Good for Slurpees and the last minute Digiorno pizza if you aren’t up to making the trek to the Safeway downtown
downside: parking lot isn’t great, magazine selection is a little weak, and i still have yet to win a super lotto plus jackpot from any of their tickets

My husband and daughter visited this store to buy a delicious slurpee. The owner or whoever was behind the register… fat, bald guy, accused my husband of stealing a metal straw. My husband assured him that he walked in with the straw and my daughter also already had one when she walked in. The guy continued to badger them until my husband said he’d buy all the straws and then proceed to throw them in the trash on his way out, that’s how much he cared about going through the hassle of trying to steal one.
Basically the guy was an a-​hole who has lost his sense of the goodness of humanity… unfortunately bad things in life (muggings and such) must have jaded him, so hat’s off to you buddy… now go stick your straws up your Unilocal

Close to home and convenient (hence a ‘convenience store’). Always stocked on Lotto tickets and Big Bites.

This is one of the few good 7-​Eleven I’ve been to. Large and clean. The only negative is the lack of parking space!

Only here could you buy milk, sugar, new cell phone, gas, video games, movies, slurpees, and beer all in one place… the clerks are all very nice, and will always greet you with a smile… they often look the other way when you take a little extra from the slurpee machine or decide to partake on an aggreesive round of taste testing. Parking is kind of a bitch, especially with the construction they just started the other day… Also, heads up that dublin pd has been coming by here lately to take care of the loiterers hanging out in front. Wait, thats actually a good thing… nevermind!

This 7 – 11 is very convenient when you’re driving down Dougherty road and you have a sudden craving for a «Bomb» Beef and Green Chili Burrito, Cheetos and tic-​tacs. The store is organized, clean and is always stocked. This store has a wide variety of beverages, lots of junk food and my favorite, a great selection of ice cream bars for those hot summer days.
My only complaint is that there are only 4 parking spots and when there are lots of people getting gas its tough to find a spot.

Now THIS is what I call a convenience store. They sell gas, food and random things like video games. My favorite thing about this place is the variety of slurpees. I love those things. Every so often I actually come here just to get a large one. The location also makes it convenient if you go to or from the military base down the street or as a last minute deal going to or from San Ramon on Dougherty/​Bollinger Canyon. The clerks are also always friendly and efficient so you can get in and get out without spending too much time there.

My sis, bf and friends all agree with me, and on multiple occasions, this is the best convenience store and gas station. There is an Indian man who works here who always greets me with the jolliest of smiles and asks how I am doing. They are more than helpful if you have trouble at the pump. Truly, I am always in a good mood going in and coming out of this establishment. I have even stumbled in here at very late times and I am still welcomed like a VIP!

The people who run this store are the nicest people in Dublin!
There’s also a Chevron gas station at this 7 – 11 site. I’m pretty loyal to this gas station and 7 – 11. The nice people here always invite me to come back. When in need of a snack or a gallon of milk, my hubby and I hit up this store. Granted, it’s the closest to our home, but it’s nice to know that the people who work here are awesome and deserve not only our business, but your business too!
