Such a treat. Don’t be afraid of the weird mall its in or the long waits. Its all worth it. This place is a find. Mango sticky rice crêpe is the best.

Love this place! It is so cutely decorated on the inside with Bumble bees. I ordered the Morning Bee with tomatoes and egg whites and an orange juice. So delicious! I would definitely recommend this place to small groups or couples because there is not much inside seating. I haven’t tried anything outside of there breakfast menu but I am sure everything is delicious. Sadly, there website is down as of today but I am sure they are going to be working on that. them!

This place has good quality food. Made to order you’re gonna wait a little bit longer small small restaurant. Good enough Friday. I will try to again to see if I could get five stars the only reason why I’m getting at three is the service was remarkably slow we waited more than an hour on a weekend for breakfast here

Stopped in for breakfast while vacationing in California. This is a very small restaurant with delicious breakfast choices. Crepes were stuffed and tasty. I went here with 3 others and we all loved our dishes. Yes definitely try this place!

This is one of my go-to places to have brunch or lunch. There’s not that many good places near me with good crepes, so when I crave them I usually want to come here! Just a side note, but the décor inside is so cozy! And I love how they give the checks in a little memo book where you can leave messages. So cute :) I’ve tried the Chicken Pesto crêpe, the S’mores crêpe, the Banana Butter crêpe, the Blossom crêpe, the Thai iced tea, and the Oreo smoothie. My personal favorite would be the S’mores crêpe, since I love all things s’mores basically. It’s super sweet, although the ice cream on the side calms down the diabetes for me lol. I didn’t really enjoy the Blossom crêpe, but it’d be good for someone who enjoys more sour, less sweet crepes. The Oreo smoothie had a watery consistency that I didn’t like. But overall, I enjoy everything that I get down to the last bite!

When ordering to-go, check your order! I ordered the green curry with chicken, mild; I got a green curry chicken, spicy crêpe. If I were a crêpe fan, this may have been ok but when you are expecting rice and bamboo shoots but receive a cheesy crêpe and spinach … it’s hard not to be extremely disappointed. Additionally there were only a few pieces of chicken! First impressions is that they appear fairly priced but they skim you on the stuff that matters, like protein and make only what they want. Crepes! Final impression is that the first one was so disappointing, it is the final impression. No second chances here.

Blossom Bee is a hidden gem. Located in a pretty beat-down strip mall in Dublin, it’s a cute little place that serves AMAZING food! BB is a crêperie that hides a solid Thai restaurant(no ice-cold Singha, however!) Yes, it seems to be a family run affair with quirky ambiance and a college/teen-aged wait staff, but the food is really good. I’ve had a few meals at Blossom Bee and I’ve always enjoyed them. I’d probably visit more often if they improved the appearance of the restaurant a bit, trained the wait staff to be a little more polished and added beer/wine to the menu As is, they still grabbed 3.85 stars from me!

I came here with a good friend for brunch just to catch up. Despite the somewhat sketchy liquor store next to the café, the overall ambience of the place was very warm(literally, it was kind of stuffy) and welcoming! The interior of the café was very picturesque, with rustic tables/chairs and cute pillows in the booths. It wasn’t the most spacious, but that really wasn’t a huge issue. We were immediately seated and given menus to look through. Our waitress was super nice and patient, especially since we were both super indecisive and took a while to choose what we wanted. In the end, I decided to get the Chicken Pesto Crêpe and Thai Iced Tea(on a side note, Blossom Bee is mainly a creperie with a touch of Thai cuisine). The tea was AMAZING, at least in my opinion. It wasn’t very strong(which I prefer), but it was still sweet and refreshing. The chicken in the crêpe was kind of dry and there wasn’t much flavor, which is why this place gets four stars instead of five – but nothing some hot sauce couldn’t fix! :) Overall, Blossom Bee is a really nice place to have breakfast/brunch and just hang out. The food is very affordable(a little over $ 10 for my food + drink!), and the service was great. I would recommend this place for anybody who is craving crepes(they have a huge selection) and wanting good Thai tea in aesthetic cups to take pictures of :’)

Nice cozy place for brunch. Came here with my cousin and his roomie on a Sunday morning, we were seated immediately although most parties after us had to wait. Prices are ok given the quality and amount of food. We got 2 breakfast crepes, 1 order of pancakes(came w/3 pancakes), 1 coffee, and 2 thai ice teas. The iced Thai Tea was wayyyyyy wayyy too sweet. I felt like I was drinking simple syrup rather than Thai Tea. The pancakes and crepes were pretty good, could have used more meats but for the price I can’t complain. The 2 crepes each came with a side of fruits. I would have liked for it to come with a side of potatoes as well like many other brunch places. Seems like they wanted you to order the side of potatoes in addition to your entrée(another $$ making opportunity for them). The waitress could use an attitude adjustment. Would visit again perhaps for lunch.

After moving to the East Bay from Southern California, I am quickly finding out the following three things when it comes to food: 1. The food here generally sucks outside of the Berkeley area(«The City» aka San Francisco is not the East Bay for all you geographically-challenged people). 2. The restaurants here are overhyped and overrated by Unilocalers. Talk about grading on a curve for living in a culinary wasteland filled with every chain restaurant imaginable. 3. The food is overpriced by like fucking 20−30%. I mean the other day I saw a taco truck in San Ramon selling tacos at $ 3 each. Sure, you are selling to rich gringos, but ¡que lastima! that shit is highway robbery. Back to Blossom Bee… which falls under Category #2 as in overhyped and overrated by Unilocalers. The wife wanted to try this place because she likes crêpes and Thai food and this place serves both. So you know, murder two birds with one stone or what not… Normally, this style of Southeast Asian meets French cuisine fusion is done by Vietnamese restaurants. So when she described to me that it was a Thai place, I was like shit, why not? When we showed up on a weekday for lunch the place was pretty full. So we thought, whoa, this place must be good. However, something in the back of my mind was like, why are there no Asians eating here? We walked in and stood aimlessly for a minute before the not-so-friendly server told us to sit at any empty seat. Then, she brought us some menus and so we studied it for awhile. The wife wanted to try a Thai crêpe so she settled for the Massaman curry crêpe while I was feeling more O.G. So I looked up on their chalk menu and saw that on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, they serve Pad Thai. I guess that is when the Thai chef is available or something? And since we had come on a Tuesday, that’s what I decided to get. Then we waited… and waited… and waited… sure Blossom Bee was busy, but it was not to the level of «busy bee-level-10-über-waspy-hornet-status». Anyways, when I was finally able to flag her down, I asked her what the heck«Massaman» was because I had never encountered this before at any other Thai restaurant. Rather than give us an explanation, she hesitated, looked around, and then rudely pointed at the diner next to us and said«Massaman is what she is eating.» The wife and I were like what-the-fuck and wanted to defuse the awkwardness quickly so we said, okay okay we’ll have the Massaman curry crêpe with chicken and a chicken Pad Thai. After some research, in other words, Wikipedia, it turns out Massaman curry is a Muslin-inspired curry dish that was based on an interpretation of a Persian dish. It is curry seasoned with coconut milk, cinnamon and other shit mixed with potatoes and protein. Therefore, it turned out that we had just ordered a fusion-fusion dish… where double fusion turned out to be double trouble more than double the fun. Anyways, when our order came out, I was struck at how brown and unappetizing my wife’s Massaman curry crêpe looked. The Massaman curry with chicken, carrots and potato chunks on top of the brown crêpe looked like my shits after a rough night in Vegas. It would have been nice if there had been some cilantro or lime wedges or something other than the color of shit to break up the monotone brownness. But shit(pun intended), what do I know? Moreover, there was hardly any curry on her crêpe! My wife tasted her dish and I instantly knew she hated it. Then I tried her crêpe and could see why. Honestly, compared to all the tasty Thai curries out there like panang, red, and green, Massaman curry should just be called Messed-Up-Man curry as in, we messed up man by ordering this or this curry is messed up man. MEHHHHHH. The Pad Thai that I ordered was forgettable because the taste was unauthentic and lacked all the umami flavors that are typical of Thai food: bitter, sweet, salty, sour, savory, spicy… and dare I say it, sexy because there were no nuts on this dish… as in peanuts. I think this review is going to get flagged… Look, all I could think about was how the food at Blossom Bee tasted like it had been gringofied for the San Ramon/Dublin crowd. This notion was reinforced when I asked for hot sauce and the server responded with the following options in exact order: Tabasco, Tapatio, or Sriracha… Seriously? After lunch we grabbed some coffee and then we went to that building over on Dublin Boulevard that is like a Mini-Chinatown to get some real Asian food. That is when we realized where all the Asians in Dublin were dining at… FML!

Pretty good variety. Kid friendly. Small, cozy. Thai food was real good. Beef is not their strong suit, as its thin and tough.
