Cassandra at the microphone was a little«short» with us… but she did crack us up with her use of the microphone to tell the order to the girl standing next to her Overall the food was good just Cassandra might want to work on her customer service.

This is an easy off I 81 n and easy to get right back on. This is the cleanest fast food fried chicken place I have ever been to. I have traveled cross country and stopped here. Chicken was fresh. One thing if you are taking it to go, check you bag and make sure you have all your items. They forgot to give me the cup for the drink and the 6 biscuits that I ordered. Good thing my daughter wanted to eat there. Oh, and most importantly the bathrooms are CLEAN!

Let me start at the beginning. Their location can be difficult to get to as it’s somewhat indirect. The guy at the register was not familiar with the product or what came with which combo. After ordering they packed our sides then told us there was a seven to ten minute wait for the chicken. That being the case they should have waited to pack our sides. I had to request fresh sides because they went cold waiting for the chicken. When I requested the new sides the girl got huffy and was obviously not pleased about it. She deliberately went through the pan of chicken when it came out to find the smallest pieces she could. The cashier did not ask if we wanted spicy or mild when he took our order. We had just gotten back from driving all day and were tired and didn’t think if it ourselves so we ended up with spicy. This isn’t a problem for me but my wife can’t have spicy food. I got a leg and a back piece in my meal and honestly I have had hot wings with more meat on them than that leg. The only positive to this was the biscuits. They do have good biscuits. All in all, I will drive the extra distance to KFC next time I want chicken.

I call this the Bo’s on the hill. Easy on/off from I-81. I like the Bo Bite combo you get the chicken bites, a drink, a side and a biscuit. A nice road side meal.

I’ve been told many many times by a fellow Unilocaler that Bojangles is the place to go for fatty fried chicken. It was pretty good. I will be honest, it wasn’t too much different than Popeyes but it was still pretty good. The only downside was that this location did not have the spicy :( And lastly, of everything that they sell, they are most proud of their iced tea, its is lovely.

No Cajun spicy. Mac and cheese. Dark meat. Cole slaw. Fries. Dirty rice. Grilled chicken bites. All good. Seriously, you can’t go wrong with Bojangles as your fast-food road food choice. I just wish they have Cajun spicy. They only have the Cajun mild at this location. :sigh:
