Best subs in Dublin hands down! Bread is made fresh and meat is sliced right in front of you for your sub.

What a great little find! Thought we were in for a wait when we walked in and the line was out the door but the owner is damn fast and efficient! Very yummy sandwich.

Hands down beats any of the chain sub shops. I had the Brian Special and it was very tasty with fresh sliced lunch meat. It’s a no frills type of place and the employees are super friendly and attentive.

This place gets extra points for friendliness and good service. A gentleman(I assume it’s the owner) greets customers and opens the door for them. This place appears to have a lot of regulars who frequent it, and it was fairly busy around noon on a Friday, but service was quick. You place your order at the counter and they build the sub for you, just like in a Subway restaurant. They have a lot of seating, with two large rooms, so it’s easy to eat in the restaurant of you like. I ordered a roast beef sandwich. They have a small and large size. I got the large, which appears to be a 12 inch sub. It’s really big and a good deal for $ 7.75. They have the typical toppings that you can have added. The bread was very fresh and good tasting. The restaurant is about three miles off the highway. I visited while I was driving from Atlanta to Savannah. Coming off the highway and taking a break midway through the trip was worth it to get a nice large sandwich.

Brian and his crew offered a great sub and even greater stories. I am from Philadelphia and met a Yankee transplant named Brian. Sure he made me buy refills for everyone. And made me take my sandwich to go. And gave me old tea for my drink. That being said, five stars in this classic deli sub shop. Go here and you will not be disappointed by a light and flavor filled sub. Try the Brian special… He doesn’t like it but it’s a great Italian sub!

Let’s just say I’m from Texas, came to Georgia, went to Brian’s giant sub, the next day was my birthday, so as a present to myself I went straight back to Brian’s for birthday lunch. It’s incredible.

We happen to stumble upon Brian’s on a trip to savannah. Don’t let the atmosphere fool you. The subs here are simple, but full of flavor. The bread was fantastic. I believe Mr Brian himself was here and helped us out with directions too. Now, I know where I’ll be stopping by when driving through. Friendly and quick! I hope to be back soon!

The place is CLEAN, the subs are simple but superb, the bread and cookies are baked in house and the roast beef and meat balls are homemade. See a combo you want but not on the menu? Ask! Part of the simple is: white or wheat bread; provolone, swiss or American cheese sliced for your sandwich. Often at lunch time the line is out the door between 12 and 1 – so go early or late! Great for kids… Brian is a wonderful guy and loves to poke fun at them. If school’s out, lunch is even more crowded! My favorite is the #5(Ham, Cappacola and cheese) or Roast beef. Great sweet tea! THIS is where locals eat.

This is a definite must if you are in Dublin! Best subs around and I’m not even a Sub fan, but I can’t go through Dublin without stopping here. Don’t worry if you walk in and there is a loooooong line(there almost always is), it moves fast.

Awesome little sandwich joint; gotta warn you that the line never goes away. It moves fast, though, and the sandwiches are awesome. I got the Brian’s special, and it was delicious. Lots of different kinds of fresh sliced meats, and fresh toppings. They only take cash or check, so be prepared.

TL: DR –This is a must stop –service for a sandwich shop is superb — Brian — you are the man. Thank you so much for doing sandwiches so well. Review: Not much to say other than this place is ridiculously awesome. Brian’s a great host, sandwiches are great, prices are reasonable. Too bad he’s a few hours away from us.

We were road tripping through Dublin and stopped here on the spur of the moment. I sure am glad we did. The subs are legit and the half roast beef I ordered was quite tasty. I will definitely stop by here if the situation presents itself. It’s 1000 times better than fast food that I usually eat when passing through Dublin.

Wow is all I can say! You don’t find many places like this anymore. Super friendly great food at a reasonable price. I had«Brian’s Special» and it was really good. It’s worth the few minute drive off I-16 to downtown for both the service and the subs. I’ll be back!

I wore my Oakland Raiders sweat shirt and the friendly owner Brian gave me a jokingly hard time like we had been friends for a long time. The food was good but the friendly atmosphere was unlike almost any restaurant that I can remember going to. Brian saw me leaving and went out of his way to ask about my experience. I will definitely return.

Having lived here almost a year now, I was anxious to find something new. So of course I browsed my reviews and stumbled upon Brian’s. I am sooooo glad I came by! This establishment puts any sub place in town under the table. For one, when we pulled in I was surprised at how many people were there. It’s definitely a hometown local joint where everyone knows everyone and you immediately feel a loving vibe when you walk in the door. More than likely, the owner Brian will have a witty comment or acknowledgement for ya’ so don’t be frightened! Their subs use fresh ingredients in which the meats and cheeses are freshly shaven in front of you. I ordered the Brian’s Special since it was the most highly recommended and it’s definitely worth it. I’ve also noticed that the team members will recognize regulars when they walk in the door and automatically start their orders. The tuna and chicken salad are made fresh daily; veggies are crisp. They do have daily specials though the only one I know is on Fridays and it’s of course the«Brian’s Special.»(Hey, I told ya’ it was delicious). They’re quick, friendly, and while their prices may be a dollar or two above say, Subway(a chain restaurant…), it’s worth it. And I highly mean that. After discovering this place, I haven’t eaten at any other sub joint. The only«con» I have is they don’t accept any form of card payment, so have cash or check ready. Update: my car battery decided to die when I was here one day. Brian kindly with no questions asked grabbed his keys and personally jumped my car for me. Thank you!

Best sub on the menu is the Brian’s special and on Fridays you can get it at special combo price. They have daily combo deals, cash/check only, and cookies are great! This is the best sub shop in Dublin and the owner is always behind the meat counter making you feel at home!
