Tried out a groupon– became a member. BESTBEST spray tan in town– I have NEVER gotten so many compliments Jason and his wife are AMAZING– so informative and educational. I LOVE coming here for tanning.

I had a great experience here! I walked in for one session and was promptly given a full explanation of all the beds. I used the 25% discount for checking-in and was out of there in no time at all. I would highly recommend this tanning salon.

HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! I called today around 12:30 to schedule a Mystic Tan(I had bought the Groupon). The man on the phone told me that they were swamped but he thought he could get me in at 1:40. He then told me that their policy is to have people pre-pay but since I had a Groupon I should come by before and show it. I arrive at 12:40 to prove that I had a Groupon and the same man tells me that he is busy and will need to be with me in about 5 minutes to see my Groupon.(He was unboxing a fan). After 10 minutes, he is on the phone telling someone how busy he is while folding towels. I realize I had not seen one customer and ask him if the Mystic Tan booth was open now. He said«yes, but I have a bunch of appointments back to back later and would prefer you to wait and just start the group». I ran over to Trader Joe’s to pick up a few items and became more and more annoyed. After I was done at Trader Joes, I went back and spoke to a women. I still was not permitted to spray tan until 1:40 despite it still being available. I asked her how to cancel my Groupon and proceeded to tell her why. I found out that she was an owner and the man was her husband. I explained that I, too, am a business owner and if I had the policy of putting my busy work ahead of my customers I would soon be out of business. She apologized for her husband and made a bunch of excuses for how swamped they are(still no customers in the salon). I suspect that the reason this salon needs to run Groupon’s is because of their poor customer service. If folding towels and plugging in a fan is more important than attending to a customer, I suspect this salon will soon be out of business. As a fellow small business owner, I would never write a poor review unless I was absolutely dumbfounded by how poorly a service was. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I wish I could give negative stars.

My first spray tan experience, and it was awesome! The owner was super nice and informative, he took the time to go over the process. He knows his customers by name and there preferences, as noted by the flow of people coming in and out for a quick tan!

I LOVEMYSPRAYTAN! It is my first ever, but it turned out better then I ever expected. It may be due to the detailed orientation I received from who seemed to be the owner. He was committed to my spray tan education, going over every detail with me, even after I watched the instructional video. The results are great! I have to admit that a Groupon is what lured me all the way to Dublin for this tan, and I would probably not spend the regular price of $ 25 for a 5-day tan often, but I now believe the spiel I got about a more expensive tanning solution being less orangey and worth the money! I’m officially a spray tan addict…
