I was in there for 30 mins. Looking to buy a pair of jeans for myself and my husband. A nice sales person helped me with the sizes and I told her I needed two for the buy one get one $ 29.99. I found one for me and one for the hubby. As I waited in the cashier line, a very rude cashier said impatiently«are you ready?» Twice. Then she rang it up without the discount and I asked«is it buy one get one for $ 29.99?» She said super fast that promos don’t cross over from men’s to women’s. I said out loud” I wonder why my sales person didn’t mention it”. And she replied with a belittling tone«we only answer questions that are asked and can’t read minds!» I felt like I was slapped in the face. I told her never mind! As I was walking out I asked another sales rep who that rude cashier was? She said it was their MANAGER! Where did she get her customer service skills? I’ve worked in sales and would never speak to anyone like that??? Needless to say Express Tuttle just lost my business… maybe forever.
