I was referred to Kara by a friend who’s been going to her for years. I found it super easy to talk to her about about what is going on in your life. It was a pretty strange feeling because I’ve never felt so comfortable talking to a counselor before. It wasn’t as scary as some of the other places I’ve been with 1000 forms, 20 people I had to talk to before speaking to my counselor, etc. Kara is knowledgeable and approachable. I love how convenient and serene this location is and though my insurance is crappy and won’t pay for counseling, I do it anyway, because it makes a big difference in my life. I recommend giving Kara a try. Maybe she will change your life the way she changed mine.
