I will not be a patient here. The office was dirty– not a great first impression. The MA did not accurately transcribe my medical information that I had filled out on the 8 forms required for new patients. She listed that I had no allergies when in fact I am very allergic to 4 pretty commonly prescribed medications. She also did not include medications or correctly list dosages for medications that I am currently taking, which could interfere with the medication the Doctor prescribed. The MA did not know how to take a set of vitals, so she just made up some average vitals. Unfortunately for her I actually practice in the medical field and by this time was debating on walking out the door, but decided since I had invested this much time I would see it through. The Doctor is difficult to understand and takes about 30 seconds to do a «neuro» exam. I actually cancelled my followup appointment and will not be taking the medication prescribed by the physician either. The medication comes with a huge list of side effects he neglected to mention as he was rushing me out the door after I waited more than an hour in the waiting area (& I really don’t mind waiting if he is going to take his time with each patient but don’t rush me because you are running late and now you want to get out of the office). All in all not a confident visit to a «highly-​trained specialist» that I was expecting.

I was referred here by a neurologist I have been seeing for over 2 years now for migraines. The doctor here is very nice, spends as much time as needed with patients, and is realistic about the cost of treatments.
In addition, his staff goes above and beyond! It just happened that I dropped my keys down the slot of the elevator today… with daughter crying and me wondering what to even do they helped! They called the maintenance company as well as even trying to call the non-​emergency number for the fire dept. We were even out there with hangers from their office trying to get the keys out. I should probably send them something to just say thank you!
