Peet’s Coffee & Tea

I ordered a javiva swirl at this location. When I received it it was just a javiva with just caramel. I proceeded to mention this to the associate he said «it’s the swirl it’s just blended in more than usual. Come back if it doesn’t taste right.» Instead of arguing it I just walked away with a drink with no chocolate tasete and very little caramel taste. I’m very dissatisfied.

Both their drinks and food are tasty and good looking. The place is clean and well organized. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Reasonable price.

This Peet’s is by far the best coffee spot in Dublin! They have excellent customer service, they are quick with making your drink, and they connect with & know their customers very well! A quick shout out to Mayette who always remembers my name & took the time to explain to me how to brew iced coffee at home. And she makes the best black tie iced coffees :) I highly recommend this Peet’s location, thanks for making my mornings better!

Always a pleasure to go to Peet’s. The staff is always pleasant, welcoming and working very diligently to serve the customers in a timely manner. It also helps that they know me and my beverage of choice.

Should have left this long ago. I like this spot. Great service and good coffee. They thought I waited too long for my drink once and gave me a card for a free drink. That is good customer service

Visited 2 – 3 wks ago. It seemed more empty than usual. I noticed the baristas seem all new. Then they messed up my order. Maybe there’s something to that. Hope my next visit isn’t so bad.

Super clean, super busy, wonderful folks always smiling when they have a line out the door.

Really bad experience at this store today. My email to Peet’s corporate office was this:
I ordered a plain herbal iced tea. As it was being made, I noticed someone putting in pumps of something and then lemonade. This was not what I wanted and said I wanted a plain herbal iced tea. What did I get? An eye roll, a huffy pouring of the offending beverage in the sink and then the same cup re-​used (with 1″ of the other stuff in the bottom). I threw it away. I didn’t want that other stuff, never said I did and I didn’t appreciate it being in the supposedly «fixed» beverage.
They offered me some free drink coupons. Now, why would I want those? Why would I risk going back there? I’m going to think more than twice about visiting a Peet’s again.

This place is great! I get drinks here probably about once a week, but the other day I went to purchase ground coffee, and having never done it before I wasn’t sure what to get. Well, I got treated very well, I learned a bunch of things, and walked away with two types of coffee to try out (I got ¼lb of each) AND a free regular brewed coffee/​tea option (I guess if you purchase ½ lb or more of ground coffee, you get a free drink — coffee or tea). So I’m impressed with the whole experience.

I come here when I need a quiet place to do work. The staff are very friendly. The store is very clean. They have a table with outlets and also offer free wifi.

Love coming to this Peet’s Location because they have a knack for making their customers feel special. Delicious coffee prepared with warm sincere customer service is what keeps me loyal to this location. You guys are the best.

This is a review for 02/​04/​2015
I went into this location looking for the new promotional coffee, Ethiopia Supernatural. I was so excited to see that it was fully stocked! I must’ve looked lost because someone came over and asked if I needed help. Even though I wasn’t lost, I took him (Joe, the Manager) up on his offer. I walked out with two and a half pounds and some coffee filters. It’s definitely worth mentioning that this location prides themselves on their knowledge of the product and their customer service. Unilocalers, THEY DO NOT DISAPPOINT! Please, I encourage you to visit this location, take in the intoxicating aroma, and experience excellent customer service given by Jason (the handsome guy with a beard that’s always making your drinks), Christina (the beautiful, tall lady that’s always smiling) or Joe, the handsome General Manager that’s always greeting and helping his customers.
You guys are pretty awesome so early in the morning!

A great place to get some weekend reading done. I had their seasonal maple latte, which was very delicious.

I’ve been to plenty of Peets coffee locations, but this one is pretty good in terms of customer service and quality of drinks!
Located just off 580, it’s super convenient if you’re on your way to work or school and are craving a quick cup of coffee or tea to start your morning. :-) I don’t know why, but they are WAY faster here than the one in Livermore, and the Black Tea and Lemonade always comes out PERFECT; not too sweet, not too bland.
Love coming here when I’m in the area; I’m hoping to try more things on the menu!

Overflowing trash cans and unresponsive help? It doesn’t seem quite right.
I needed a little something to deal with my migraine, while there was a huge backup on I-​580 that was keeping everyone busy.
It’s always a bit difficult to find parking spots for any store in this shopping center. I parked further over, toward Safeway. I suppose it’s possible to park in front of Peet’s but I would imagine that it’s a rare occasion.
Entering Peet’s, it seemed typically homey. Another person entered about the same time. I took some time to look at the menu board. There are many selections.
There was someone chit-​chatting with a customer at the pick up area and she interrupted that conversation to tell us that someone else would be out in a moment.
It took a little while for that person to arrive from the back of the store. He was friendly and took my order.
The other person was still filling an order, but she seemed really distracted by the conversation, and wasn’t working as much as she was talking. Maybe, they could have renamed this location Peet’s Chit & Chat.
It took a while to get my drink, a White Chocolate Mocha, which was only warm. It tasted fine, though different than the same drink from two other locations.
I took some time with my migraine to enjoy my drink and avoid the traffic. As I went to throw away my cup, the trash can near the door was overflowing. I went to the other trash can, which was full just above the opening. Apparently, neither had been emptied for quite a while. Perhaps, it had been extremely busy earlier.
Update 2015.02.24: The other day I stopped at this location again. My experience wasn’t completely amazing, but it was much better, and the service was reasonably responsive.

I generally like Peet’s and it is my favorite coffee chain. This location can be a bit hard to get to, rarely has open places to sit, and often has a line, a week ago something happened that really rocketed it up in my opinion as a business.
So many places are so tied to technology that they can’t function without it. I’ve been turned away from places that can’t do any business if the computer doesn’t work, or will only take cash when the register is down. It drives me nuts, basic math for making change and filling out a paper credit card slip is easy.
So, how does that relate to Peet’s? Well two weeks ago I went in early on a Sunday to get my usual cappuccino and a thermos of coffee for my pop who was working at the Good Guys car show. I arrived to find the line all the way to the far door, not a great sign but I’ll wait in the line here rather than going to the drive-​through coffee hut across 580. The computers were down and this was slowing the service, but they were doing great even with the delays.
One person was walking the line and taking orders on a sticky pad and then running them up to the barista so the drinks would keep flowing. Each of the register locations had a staffer taking payment, and they even still took credit cards using the old manual swipe machines. The staff were upbeat (if a bit frazzled) but business continued. I can’t think of many places that would have handled the situation as well as the team did at this location, and they could be commended for it.

Ya got me. I love your freddos. your coffee. your pastries. Ever since I discovered you’re within walking distance from me, I visit almost daily. You fuel me. I am recharged after consuming your caffeinated concoctions. You are my addiction. The crack to my pipe (jk crack is wack kids, don’t do it). If my husband only knew how much I feen for you I’d be in trouble.
Thanks for the 15min parking thats always available in front. Makes my daily trips a bit less shameful.
