These people are UNBELIEVABLE. They have absolutely no shame. I agree with what others have said here – watch your bank accounts. They will hit you up for money that you don’t even owe. And yep, then they’ll send you to collections. They’ve charged me late fees plus interest for money I didn’t even owe. I’ve had to get BBB involved, and I’m about to go to the attorney general.
They don’t answer the phone when you call. You can leave messages upon messages, and you won’t get a call back. I’ve made it my personal mission in life to get these lazy people fired from managing my community. And good luck calling their corporate headquarters in Dallas – same hicks, different day.

This place is a scam and so damn rude and dumb. No one ever returns phone calls and when you call it sounds like the person who answered the phone was just hired on the curb of the freeway on ramp.

This company is horrible. They got incorrect info from our prior management company and mistakenly sent me to collections without checking their facts. Now they won’t remove the legal fees even though the collection agency rushed to fix it all on their side when they saw it was all a mistake. I have left multiple message trying to get everything fixed and cannot get Kate to ever call back. Horrible resident service!

You guys are awful! Upper Albany west homeowners are tired of the excuses! Beautiful Saturday and you close the pool at 1pm because you don’t want to pay lifeguards overtime? Unacceptable! Worst management company ever. Your reviews on google speak for themselves. Too bad you can’t leave a review on Facebook because this community would make sure we were heard.
