After having a terrible relationship with a previous property manager (see my first review), I was referred to Kevin and his team. We spent several months getting the property up to a marketable state and he was just as invested in doing things right and getting the house rented. He interviewed several potential tenants to find the right fit and I am happy with the folks he placed in my property. I get statements and deposits on a predictable schedule and sometimes forget that I have the property because Kevin and his team keep things moving along without me having to stress over everything. His fees are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. There has only be one time when I did not get a response within about 48 hours, so they are definitely responsive.

I am an out-​of-​state owner of six rental properties in Columbus. I found Kevin Coffey (and his team) online and chose them after meeting with Kevin and two of his competitors.
