Solis Women’s Health

To be fair, I’ve been going to Solis in Dublin for many years and have never had any problems until my last visit. They have gotten me in and out in a timely matter and everyone has always been nice. My last visit, not so much. It took the receptionist a little over 30 minutes to check me in. Then after 30 minutes, she informed me that her records did not match my Doctors request so she needed to fit me in and I would have to wait another 15 – 20 minutes. And a tech from the back agreed and said they would still do the mammogram. I wasn’t thrilled but I said that was fine. Then, this is no exaggeration, a lady burst out of the back room and said they could not do my mammogram that I would have to come back in an hour and a half. (I had already by now been there 45 minutes) She was rude. She said it wasn’t fair to the other people if they ‘worked me in’ although I had an appointment as well. Wasn’t thrilled so I left. Not sure if it was their lunch time, or she was just not going to be helpful. Also not sure why they felt their time was more valuable than mine. Under normal circumstances I would give them a 4 or a 5 but the coldness, rudeness and inability to check me in under 30 minutes is why I give them a 2.
