I was so excited about happy hour: 50%off ALL frapps! That is until I realized I was charged full price for one of them. I thought I missed something and it was a bogo 50% off but not according to the app or when I called. I didn’t catch it until it was inconvenient for me to go back and get my $. Thankfully I had a receipt and caught it. I tried calling to see if they could just credit my card back but I HAD to come back… As it turns out, after I finished my transaction someone else overheard me and questioned that they were also overcharged… Lesson learned: always check receipts immediately… You might want to trysts in the employees at the register there. When I returned to get my mind new back she was gonna give me full price back, I was honest and told her only 50% back.

Sub-par for a Starbucks. While it is nice to have a drive-through in this part of Dublin, I have yet to receive my order with a drink sleeve, much less a drink stopper. Before I can even ask for a sleeve or a stopper, the window is closed. I’ve actually started bringing my own reusable sleeve to this location.

It took two minutes to take my order with no line. And eight minutes to pour me an unsweetened iced coffee. Served the person who ordered after me first. Completely ridiculous service. No sense of urgency. No acknowledgement of the wait. I’ll go somewhere else, thanks.

I think this place with the staff I got today is so much better. Last time it was MISERABLE! This time is a lot better. Huge difference.

I come here A LOT and have noticed some cleanliness flaws but today they scored really high. 1. The table next to me has been unclean with cups, leftovers of food for the last 4hrs. 2. The bar seating has been having crumbs and straw wrappers and plastic for the past 2hrs. 3. The lady(also probably the manager) came wiped 2 tables and the trash counter with a wet towel then after emptying the trash wiped the nasty floor below it with the same towel, then went back and started wiping inside and it scares me that it’s still probably the same towel.

I have been going to the fallon store since the day they opened. I am so impressed with the management and the customer service i receive every time i visit. the staff are always super friendly and the managers really take the time to train them correctly. i am so excited to have this store in my neighborhood and i look forward to each visit.

The people are really nice but I feel like the newbies definitely need a bit of getting used to the flow of how things are done? I’ve been here multiple times and have had problems about 90% of the time. First time I’d been there 2 of my drinks had been lost and I had to ask for them. Another time my cup had apparently fallen on the ground and I had to check on my drink because it was a simple drink that doesn’t require more than a minute, maybe two, to prepare. I’ve never been offered a drink carrier, which astounds me — I’ve had to ask for them myself every time. Definitely needs a bit more work.

This Starbuck is quite different from the other one in Fallon Gateway. We came here to pick up a free drink for my girlfriend’s birthday and after ordering and receiving our drink, we noticed it was a latte rather than a Frappuccino. We notified the barista, he made another one with no fuss, and even let us keep the wrong order. Staff is also familiar with the free birthday drink offer unlike the other branch in Fallon Gateway.

I’m lactose intolerant and requested soy milk in my mocha. Barista did not write down my order when ringing me up. After I paid for order and walked towards the pickup counter, she asked me what my drink was. I should have reminded her soy milk as well. It’s 12am now and I’ve been having stomach cramps for the last 6 hours. I will not come back again!

Tip is don’t go. I wait in the drive-thru for 20 min, my drink was made wrong twice. My last visit, my order got lost behind large groups of people. It might be okay if they try to make it right with a free drink or something. I won’t be going here again.

If your planning on grabbing a quick cup of joe you should probably steer clear of this location. Waited in drive thru for exactly 26 Mins. before receiving my order. The very next day I went inside, ordered and waited 16 min. Until my drink was prepared. I know there new so I’m hoping this gets rectified over time.

I’m so glad they opened this Starbucks in the new side of Fallon Gateway. With two kids under 3, having a drive-thru is super important! The technology they have in place is amazing… you can actually see the face of the person taking your order. There is also a real time ordering view so you can ensure you are getting the correct drink/pastry. Gone are the days where you place an order and drive forward wondering«did she get that right? Did she add soy milk instead of regular? Did she use skinny syrup instead of the non-skinny one?». The guy taking orders at the drive-thru today was Corwin(sp?) and he was super friendly and accommodating to my three year olds ever changing requests when we were at the window! Oh and the time waiting in line at drive-thru is pretty much nil. For those who have been to drive-thru on Bernal in Pleasanton know what I’m talking about.(Ugh!) Keep it up, Starbucks-Fallon! You guys are off to a good start!

It is Saturday evening, about 6:30 pm. There are 5 baristas and a small stream of customers. We’re up second and hear the manager say they are short staffed… we look around and there are probably about 10 drinks in store to make and maybe 6 – 8 drive through orders(this is probably an exaggeration since I didn’t see a single car move, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt). We’re up for ordering, finish and about to pay before adding that we wanted the drinks extra hot. She gives us a puzzled look and says ‘oh you didn’t want a frappucino?’ Ummm… no, we said we wanted espressos. The folks before us had no ice in their frappucino, and remarked best of luck to those right in front of us… we were soon to find out why. When they got their order after a full 5 minutes, the lady grabbed it and went out, only to return immediately and say there was something missing in their drink. The manager says I’m out(no apologies), but unluckily for her the customer works at a Starbucks too, and says well, we’re supposed to let the customer know so that they can change their order. The manager makes a face and NOTHING else. By now we’re regretting stopping here, because our espresso has been sitting. We ordered an extra hot, no whip drink. The manager frothed the milk, and left it sitting for about 4 minutes before puring it into our cups and proceeded to let it sit there for ANOTHER3 minutes, and add whip cream. So much for ordering extra hot and no whip. While we were seeing the drink made, we didn’t realize it was ours or we would have probably said something. When we got them, we asked the barista who handed it over that it was supposed to be extra hot and no whip; her solution was to scoop out the whip cream and hand it back to us. So much for the Starbucks promise of making every drink right. Bottom line, skip this venue and go a block over to the Starbucks inside the Target if you’re particular about the way your drink is made. **Typed on a handheld device, please excuse typos**

This is worse than McDonalds lol. The two guys behind the counter were nice, they’ll get one star for that. But SLOWESTCOFFEEMAKERSEVER. And they didn’t even make it correctly. They gave me an eight of coffee/espresso and the rest milk! Uhmm. I didn’t order milk. When I mixed it together it’s just straight up milk and caramel. I don’t spend a lot of money on a tall coffee just to get milk and caramel. Ugh I expect more from any coffee place…

This is by far the best Starbucks I’ve visited. The servers are always nice and courteous and my order is always right.

I literally just left this Starbucks without anything because the ladies working today were so rude! To stand in line noticeably and have them look at me repeatedly without even a greeting or telling me they will get to me in one second is ridiculous! They just ignored my presence and were talking back and forth with one another complaining about work while wiping down the machine! No thank you I will take my money elsewhere… especially when I see flies on all the food in the glass! Nasty place! Never coming back

I only get coffee when I go to Target but my experience is not bad at all. It isn’t crowded as some other Starbucks around here so I can get what I want quickly. Also, if you do not get what you expected, you can ask the barista to make another one. This is tri for any Starbucks. Their customer service is great.

WORSTCOFFEEEVER! I requested an Espresso Caffe Latte with low-sugar and non-fat milk. I saw the coffee maker write down the requests, but she didn’t satisfy my needs. While the coffee maker was putting in milk, I saw that it was whole milk. I reminded her that I wanted non-fat milk. Then, she grabbed another carton of milk, but i was sure that was whole milk too. Soon afterwards, I saw her pump a lot of sugar. When I tasted it, it wasn’t coffee. More like sugar and water, not one bit of coffee taste. The Starbucks staff should train the coffee makers to do a better job. Also, the Starbucks coffee beans aren’t strong with a coffee taste, and that much milk and sugar would’ve blocked the taste of REAL coffee ANYDAY. People who work in coffee shops, they should know what coffee is, and if you don’t know what coffee is, DON’T do the job.
