This used to be good Starbucks to come to. The baristas were nice and pleasant, and it was nice to be able to sit down and talk for a short while and enjoy your coffee or tea and a sweet piece. Well, not anymore! The staff are rude and want to push customers out! Telling us things like we can’t use the seating area and that they can’t just have people sitting in their café. It was almost an hour before closing and they have the seating area closed off to customers, unacceptable. Then on top of that they don’t apologize, are rude, condescending and lazy. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here. Go to The Panera Bread upstairs, the staff is great and I have never had a negative encounter there and I go there a lot.

My review is pretty much a replica of Kevin C. This place is always packed but this is not a place to get your coffee and sit down. I would not use this place to work or meet up with friends. Grab a drink and walk around the mall or do what I do and sit in the kid area watching your kid pick up germs.
The baristas here are very pleasant as well. It is also a little crowded to take a double stroller in and try to turn it around after you order.

The star bucks is terrible. There pumcin latte is made from rat poison. It’s called matterstin. A ingredient used to kill rats. So why feed it to people? To make 3.89. That’s why I give this place 1 star

Very friendly place smells good and fast not slow like most cleaning all the time and sweeping the floor which is a plus and they are fast lol

Pretty standard when it comes to Starbucks. I used to come here all the time when I worked in the mall. Staff is nice and they make the drinks fast. Not much else to say, really! Got me through my work day!

This location is always busy, which is great for business. The staff is friendly.
This is not a location to sit and enjoy your favorite blend as there are few seats and the steady flow of traffic makes for a bit noisy atmosphere.
Instead grab your drink and walk around the mall, enjoy!
Service is a bit slow compared to other starbucks locations, thus the 3 stars I gave.

I do love me some Starbucks… always a nice treat for me!
However, they all seem to vary based on size as to what they offer for amenities…
This one has a nice bar with stools, and a cozy sitting area also!
I had the Hot chocolate, a first for me at a Starbucks. Yummmm
Very friendly staff… but they usually are… one of their known qualities!

Regular Starbucks, a few seats available. Folks are very nice working there. Take a sip of nice coffee while shopping in the mall.
