Worst place to go, the staff is very very very non courteous. I Never suggest to go to this place

I came to supercuts with a certain hair cut that I wanted. I was told that Caitlin does super cute cuts! I am leaving very disappointed. She messed my hair up and cut it way too short. She kept telling it was fine and that she liked it but I don’t like it at all. I will never come back to this supercuts again. Caitlin seemed like she was on something while cutting my hair talking to herself and even answering herself. Pretty sad that she still has a job here. I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all. If I could just go with no stars that would be great but I know I can’t. The other lady working felt super bad and told me she wishes she would have cut my hair. Caitlin was just sitting there being a smart ass the whole time and I just felt like crying since she messed up my hair! What a bitch!!!

My husband called in and was told there was a wait time of 20 mins. He got there 15 mins later. There were only 2 people working on a Saturday morning and they were both busy with customers. An hour later he was still waiting for his turn. Don’t lie about wait time to get people to go in and waste their time. Ridiculous! Would not come back.

I wish I could give it zero stars my husband and I wanted to get a new look, and we were trying to save a few $$$ but you get what you pay for. I had medium length hair, it’s been falling out due to having a baby. So I wanted a cute sophisticated, «Jennifer Lawrence» look. They chopped it so short and lopsided that I looked like a freak. I HAD TO SHAVE MY FREAKING HEAD. There was no salvaging my hair. NEVER AGAIN. So pissed.

Having been here off and on for years now, I always expect the same thing. Nothing great, but it’s never been bad. That was until today when I asked for a simple fade.
I’ll start with the good. The bottom of my hair (that started out with an easy number 1 clipper) looks clean.
And now the bad. To start with, she pulled the clipper attachment out of the SOILED drawer, meaning it hadn’t been cleaned since the last time it was used. On top of that, there’s a major patch of hair on the back of my head that was just completely missed. This place has gone downhill fast, and is not only not worth the money, but you’d probably be better off getting a haircut from a 5 year old.

Here’s a thought, don’t have your door wide open and have hours posted that say you close at 8pm with one stylist finishing up the only customer and another stylist just standing there looking at me at 7:47 pm and then tell me that you are not taking any more customers! I know it’s late in the day, but there is still hair on the floor, door wide open, and you ARE STILL OPEN! So you can’t say everything was cleaned and ready to go, you are a business offering a service. Awful customer service!!! Won’t be back! Rude!

Went to this location for only the 2^nd time today but my haircut count here will remain 1 forever. Called ahead, was told there would be no wait and put my name down. I walked in to one man in the chair and 3 women working. One woman walked up and mumbled while pointing at the only woman cutting that I would be next. So I sat and waited. For over 20 minutes. I noticed 4 women now in the lobby «working» aka sitting and watching the other woman cut, fiddling with things, and discussing their breaks! The same woman came back and told me she was almost done, then I saw in the mirror her and the solo worker making comments and shaking their heads and pointing at me, about something important I’m sure. I waited several minutes and then another man walked in… Straight into a chair! I waited 1 minute more before walking out. Absolutely horrible.

If I could give it a .5 or zero I would. I waited an hour for highlights and none of the girls could do it. How pathetic.

I’ve been coming here for years and see Sophie. I’ve also seen Tran who was great as well. I have long naturally curly hair and when I flat iron it, Sopie trims my hair perfect.

I have been going to this place for 8 years despite this being a mediocre place for styling.
Today I went in at 4:30pm and I was 3^rd guy waiting. After waiting for 20+ mins, some one named Joe called in the old lady for an appointment. She told him to come-​in. I can overhear her talking. After few mins, Joe comes in. Once the gray haired old lady was done with client she tells me that Joe called-​in ahead of me and she will take him next. That was ridiculous. I waited 25 mins and that Joe just waited less than 5 mins from the time he called. I just walked out in disgust. Me and my other 3 family members would never go back to this place. I can tolerate medicare service but not discrimination.

Lisa is the only reason our kids get their haircuts here. She does a great job. Always pleased with her job. But the salon is not kept very clean and orderly. Also the credit card machine was down again. I had to make a run for cash which was an inconvenience.

Everyone is usually hesitant to go to a Supercuts as a female with long hair. However, I found a jewel at this location. I always get a great style from Kailin. She enjoys her work and provides great customer service. The same cut and style you would get at an expensive salon for less than half the cost.

Avoid this place, only one person takes time to listens that’s Trang. All else’s are unprofessional and seem to look at you as dollar sign. I am not coming back here ever

I always ask for Mandana (sp) she is good and solid with the clippers but also consistent in her delivery. This has been my joint for a while.

There is an old asian lady out there. Please ensure you do not end up in her hands or she will butcher you. She does not even listen to what you want. I went to get my hair done short and ended up getting the worst haircut in my life. So beware

Wish I could rate this place a zero. I’ve been here a few times, but now I will not return. The last time I was there, my hairstylist (who seemed pretty skillful at first) actually nicked the backside of my head. When i asked her about it after when she turned my chair around and gave me the mirror to see the back of my head, she said, «Oh, that’s just the way your head is shaped, and there’s no hair growing there.» I wanted to say, «listen beeeatch, I’ve been getting my hair cut for 30 years and this is the first time I’ve noticed it, so it was probably a mistake that you made.» Anyway, I did go back immediately after my wife said I look horrible (luckily that stylist had left already) and one of the other stylists agreed to fix it as best as they could (what they actually did was cut the side of my hair even shorter so as to minimize the appearance of the bald spot). This is not the way I wanted my hair cut, however given the circumstances, it was the best of the worst type scenario. They also did refund me. ⁵⁄₅ for customer service. ⁰⁄₅ for actual skill, knowledge, and ability of the stylists there. For that, I rate this location a ¹⁄₅. Sadly, I will not be returning here.

I checked this place out the first time a while back when I recently moved to this area, and had a horrible experience. The hair stylist was an Asian lady, she didn’t listen to how I wanted my hair styled and would jump straight into cutting. I found her very rude and incompetent. I’m not sure if part of it was her having issues with the language but my short is definitely not hard to style.
I tried them again 1.5 years later and to my surprise it was déjà vu. Unfortunately ended up with the same hair stylist (hey I was there with an open mind) and needless to say, the same butchering took place.
I think in-​between this, I did go here one other time and that was a decent experience.
So if you have to go here, avoid that one hair stylist (sorry don’t remember the name) by all means.
As for me, I will not be returning to this place. I used this place for a quick haircut anyways, and for that there are plenty of other options.

Do not go to the guy. He doesn’t listen to the style you want or clean you up after.

Got there just as it started to get busy… sat down, got a cut, got out of there in about 30 minutes. Odd that the lady didn’t ask me for any extras… and she almost seemed to rush on my hair… not that I have a complex cut or anything.
I typically go get my hair cut at the SC down in Mountain View… not quite sold on whether I should switch to here/​closer to home.
We’ll see… but 3 stars is good for now.

Back again for a full facial wax (lip/​chin/​brow) on 1÷7÷11.
Sophi was my beautician this time. She took extra gentle care making sure that every hair was waxed and out of sight. It took longer than I would normally expect to be there, but I left feeling beautiful & pampered.
For anyone that comes across this review… I know, its Supercuts, but highly recommended for waxing at this location. Ask for Jenny or Sophi.
