this isn’t a bad place theres always gonna be issues theres always gonna be protocalls they have to follow they keep the pool clean as much as they can. maintenance does what it can. the office staff is nice theres been a few hits and a few misses but its ok. the ground are nice rent is good apartments are well maintained and kept up nicely attached garages are a plus. in a townhouse. they try to keep up with the trends of swanky upscale apartments with new remodels and new appliances, countertops, the area is nice i know they are building a lot of new businesses around the area conveniently able to walk too.

The management at this complex is extremely unhelpful and rude. I lived in the complex for approximately 4 months and have chalked this up as the worst living situation yet. Mandy, the manager, does not return phone calls in a timely manner, yet is very quick to give blame and apply fees with no explanation. Maintenance is done inconveniently and the condition of the grounds can be unacceptable. Take it from my experience — there are certainly better places to live in the area.

I never should have said«so far, no problems» because apparently having a bug/spider infestation in your apartment isn’t of any concern to them. They have sprayed 1 time, despite promising multiple sprays. Bonus is I’ve finally gotten over my fear of bugs and spiders, since I am forced to kill ATLEAST5 a day. My record so far for killings was 11 in 20 minutes. Despite that, and some other issues(bound to happen when living somewhere for a decent amount of time), it’s still a helluva lot better than a lot of places.
