Ok. Ever since deMario left this drive thru sucks. ½ hour wait for 3 burritos for 3 hungry/​tired kids in my car. ½ hour feels like 4 hours. And it’s equally as awesome when you wait that long and they get your order wrong.
If you’re in a hurry, don’t bother.

I love Taco Bell, I get cravings for it occasionally like crazy cravings, after a long Day of travel and no food we stopped by this Taco Bell around 11pm and went through the drive through. We didn’t order anything fancy some burritos etc. but it was pretty awful/​flavorless the beans inside were cold (which was pretty gross) and portions were extra small, I didn’t know it was possible to screw up Taco Bell but this one managed to do it.

Avoid! Asked for no sour cream. The lady gets upset at me. Then my order comes a mess and of course with sour cream. Is it that hard to offer some customer service. Didn’t even eat my meal. Not worth the hassle.

Today I went to Taco Bell. We stood in line for about 15 minutes without seeing one employee. Other customers were also complaining about the lack of service and how slowly they employees were working. It’s sad that my fast food can’t even be fast anymore. Taco Bell needs better service.

Absolutely horrific… for the 2nd or 3rd time. Each time we go we ask for nacho cheese on our items and every time it is forgotten. But this time was much worse. We opened the bag only to find that the wrappers were all ripped open and inside the bag was a mess! They forgot our drinks and we had to go back and get them. Love Taco Bell but this one is just not up to par!

I went to Taco Bell today and received great service. The gentleman at the register was helpful and patient (I am a picky eater and he just rolled with it).
I am completely shocked at the conditions the employees have to work under. It is 100 degrees outside and there is no air-​conditioning. They have not had air conditioning for years. It is at least 110 degrees inside, the employees are sweating and this cannot be healthy. This is unacceptable and the employees should report these deplorable conditions to the labor board and corporate office.
The only reason I gave this restaurant 3 stars is the service I received from the employees.

Ordering food, late at night, you take your taste buds into your own hands. The food available might be stale, old, contaminated by dirty hands bearing boogers – you name it, it’s possible!
However, came here & the service was fast, the drive-​thru guy friendly while the food was hot, fresh and quite delightful (got the #6: two chalupas & a crunchy taco, large diet Pepsi).
I do hope this is how the food/​service is, most nights, but fast food joints are known to be inconsistent. Only in America, baby!

Since I frequent TB more than I’d like to admit, I’ve been to literally hundreds of TB locations all over the country during the last 15 years. I know what to expect. However, for whatever reason this location is absolutely garbage. Over the last 2 years I’ve unfortunately gone to this particular locations drive through roughly 5 – 8 times. No exaggeration every time I go to this particular location they some how always manage to screw up the order. No matter how many times I repeat myself they always get at least one thing wrong. I now make sure to drive out of my way and go to a TB in Pleasanton.

Just for have a Drive Thru, this Taco Bell gets four stars.
I often end up going to the Taco Bell near Crow Canyon x San Ramon Valley, but I have to get out of the car.
There’s another Taco Bell on San Ramon Valley near the Albertsons, but that is ALSO sans drive thru.

I feel like I have a hard time finding drive-​thru TB’s when I’m in town, so this was a nice find. The hours are not too bad… open until midnight on Saturday and I think 11p the rest of the days. Fast service, and the drive-​thru crew seemed friendly. Food was about the same as the other restaurants. still glad to have found this location.

Service is fast and restaurant was clean but I ordered a Cantina veggie salad bowl and I didn’t want rice or guacamole and normallt when I omit something major from the salad the will at the very least add more lettuce and maybe even more beans but they didn’t so I paid almost 6 dollars for approximately a 4 ounces salad

The food is as same as any other Taco Bell, and that is decent and cheap. The employees and customer service on the other hand is really what makes this place shine. Instead of a bunch of employees that hate working you have a crew that is lax yet professional, funny yet courteous and most importantly happy to be there. Cudos to the manager and staff for always making my order right! Keep up the good work.

Its Taco Bell.
The employees are always fighting with each other but my favorite detail about this particular Taco Bell is that the guy in the drive through always calls me «brotha.» I love this man like a brother. He always gives me correct change and hot sauce. He is my brotha fa sho.
