What a cute little local, indie shop. Come support this thriving, adorable store. I did some last minute christmas shopping here and boy am I glad I stepped foot in here finally. It is tucked away in a strip mall of sorts in downtown Dublin(or what seems to be downtown according to all the clover signs) and shares space with the frame shop next door. The owner was super friendly and told me about some stocking stuffers I may want to get my kids. From recipe card sets, to sparkly jewelry, to diy terrarium kits, this one of a kind place will leave you feeling like you just came out of a magical wonderland. Some of their products and wares are sourced locally(love!) You will come here for all your last minute shopping or to get something for that one friend you can never find anything for. Kids and adults will love it here and it really is that diamond in the ruff in the city of Dublin. It truly reminded me of Portland which is my home away from home so you know I’ve got to give Tangerine oodles of love. No place like it and I’m so glad.

This is a cute little store — stumbled on it one day and was pleasantly surprised. Gina is really nice — especially with newbies like me — and for a small store she has quite a large inventory without making it feel cluttered. Even if you can’t draw worth a darn(like me) there are tons of crafty items that don’t require talent to use, and lots of creative ideas to jumpstart your own projects. I haven’t attended any classes but I imagine they are tons of fun. I need to make a shopping list next time so I don’t get so distracted by all the cute things(and forget what I went in for!)

tangerine has filled in the gap with the other artist/craft stores closing. this is also so unique. you walk in and magic happens… that’s a buzz from the on going classes… there are all type of mixed media classes: wax collage on canvas, marie antoinette doll making, tunnel book creating, jewelry designing… seed painting… and famous and world known artists are invited to teach. prices are absolutely affordable too. the owner motto is make art =be happy… maybe that is the secret.

Owned by Artist Gina Gabriel, Tangerine boutique a glitter covered treasure box filled with vintage & vintage styled crafting supplies, gorgeous art jewelry, precious art dolls, luscious paper, and yummy candy in giant glass jars. I went in for a quick visit and spent hours there reveling in all the pretties. This store is a definate MUSTSEE if you live in the area or are visiting. Tangerine also has workshops and classes, so you can create luscioius things for yourself too.

Tangerine is an amazing craft/gift shop in downtown Dublin. Tangerine shares a building with The Frame Company, so they may be a little hard to find at first, but once you stumble upon Gina Gabriels shop you will never forget it! Gina is an amazing artist who sells her own wares as well as the goods of other artists. You can find a myriad of treasures from local artists as well as artists from all over. There is jewelry, paintings, stuffed animals and dolls, jewelry boxes, paper, etc. I could keep going on but you get the idea. Gina also has classes a few times a month sometimes taught by herself and sometimes she brings in other artists to teach their craft as well. Classes range in price depending on difficulty and price of materials. Gina is super friendly and loves to chat with you about crafting and upcoming projects that you might be working on. I think her brain is always churning with new ideas and there is always something new to see at her shop. If you’re in the area(even if you aren’t!) I highly recommend stopping by and browsing her shelves of ephemera and trinkets. If you’re like me, you won’t be able to leave without spending at least a few dollars ;)
