Amazing customer service!
I went in there for a passport photo (non US), the supervisor of the store went through the country’s passport website to see all the requirements and helped take the picture, unfortunately the picture was not accepted and I returned back to the store and told him that the picture was not accepted. The supervisor immediately helped take another picture with no fuss or complains.
He genuinely was trying help solve the problem, i will probably just go to him for all my passport pics and other services they offer.

I’ve used the shipping services, notary services, and the AT&T equipment return services at this location on several different occasions. The staff has been courteous, efficient, and professional every time.

Everyone that works there is so professional, helpful and nice! Ever time I go in there, they’re always very fast to assist. I highly recommend.

Extremely helpful! Nicest people, they explain everything so well and you can tell that they actually care about doing a great job. I’m so impressed by this place! Hands down my favorite place to ship and to print in the tri valley

This is a UPS store. I don’t really know what to say. They’re nice. It’s convenient for me. Prices are par for the course.
Another one of those things… why didn’t I think of that concept? Remember when you had to actually go to UPS at the airport to pick up a package. Getting old Unilocalers.

Prity and her husband are SUPER kind and helpful! I came here to mail some medication to my parents overseas, and Prity’s husband helped me find the cheapest option — which turned out to me US postal service. So even though I didn’t end up mailing through him, he helped me package it up… and although I had no cash on me, he didn’t charge me for the $ 2 box! I promised to come back and pay him for it the next time I go to the store. But 5 stars for his wonderful service and kind heart, he just really want to help his customers!

I’ve been going to Prity at the UPS store for 2 years now– since they first open. I remember I first walked in and Prity greeted me. She was so nice, I knew right there her and I were going to have a great relationship. I was just starting a small business so I needed a mail box –I was actually there first mail box customer– she even took a photo of me standing by my box. lol
She gave me a great deal on the mail box. I believe it was a purchase of 6 months and get 3 free. It was 9 months for around $ 300-​$ 400. Not a bad deal. Every time I go in, they go above and beyond to help me. They also do my business cards which are wonderful quality and very affordable. They are about $ 60 cheaper than the last company I went too.
Prity, her Husband and her employees are all very sweet and kind hearted. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for their services.

Excellent service at this location provided by Prity. She not only helped us find the right service, she suggested ways to lower our costs. She also packaged our stuff for us! Too bad we are from out of town. Extremely grateful for the efficient service. We saved money compared to checking in our luggage.

The woman who works in here smells so bad I can’t stand it. Also the young guy Justin who also works in there seems like he’s stoned or just dazed and confused. I’ve gone in twice and I won’t go back but that’s not why.
Their prices seem substantially inflated and I question whether they are entering the information correctly to give an accurate quote on their shipping costs. Or maybe they are just really over priced.
I took a package (small box) to them and asked for some prices. $ 30 to send UPS and would arrive in 2 business days. I didn’t want to spend quite that much as it was just a small gift I was sending. So I asked for a regular post (USPS) snail mail price. That quote was $ 51 to send the box by express post 6 – 10 business days they told me! $ 51! How could regular post be more than a two day rate? So I said forget it. I went to the actual post office and mailed it express post (5 business days) for $ 13. It just doesn’t seem right that the same shipping speed would cost almost $ 40 more than the post office.

This facility was extremely helpful with my application process for my school. I just got my live scan, passport photos, and documents notarized here. They are super fast and very friendly!

The gentleman who helped us about two weeks ago on a late evening was so darn nice. He talked to us about Michigan (where we were shipping an item off to), and we actually shared a very pleasant conversation. He was very very helpful with wrapping our items for shipment (everything arrived safely), and went above and beyond to get us the best deals.
UPS, you are doing it right!

Wish I could give 0 stars. I needed to get a package to someone in 3 days so I asked if I should do next day or 2-​day delivery. The person at this store said 2-​day would be fine and it would definitely get there in 2 days. Guess what? I find out that the package ended up being bumped to 5 days from when I shipped it. Not because of weather or anything like that. Turns out this is b/​c 1) the store did not send out my package until 9pm (even though I dropped it off at 9−10am) which in effect ate up 1 day and 2) 2-​day delivery does not deliver on weekends and the late send out pushed it to the weekend! The person who helped me completely neglected to tell me about the no weekend delivery part. Very disappointed. Won’t be coming back.

Had to get a document notarized so I went to this location. It’s fairly new (~10 months) and tucked away in the Fallon Gateway Strip mall.
I was greeted with a smile and left with a handshake and a smile. Prity (my notary) was very pleasant and she also let me know of other services they had in a very non-​soliciting way.
I’ll be going here for all my business and notary needs. Wonderful service!

I came in today to get some fingerprinting done, the old-​school way– ink cards. Previously I had received poor customer service from a UPS store in a neighboring city, so I was a little reluctant to try another UPS store. But I was greeted with a smile and had an awesome experience. The staff was friendly and patient. And I felt like the prices were very affordable. It was only $ 20/​fingerprint card (compared to $ 35/​fingerprint card at a different UPS store). She even took care of the mailing and tracking part of it, making it very convenient for me. I would definitely come back again!

Came here to get something notarized and as it is conveniently located at the Fallon strip mall next to yummie eateries and target, you can run your errands and treat yourself after.
It was vey quick and easy. The owner does everything and he is also very friendly. I also have to get my passport and life scan done and he said they do everything here. Awesome!!!

Very friendly staff who always go the extra mile to make that extra errand (as dropping off packages always seems to be) pleasant and fast. The store is also in a very convenient and accessible area — right off 580 in the same plaza as a new Target in Dublin and across the highway from the new Livermore outlets. So when I go it’s like killing two (or is that three?) birds with one stone!
To summarize: Mailing off those packages can be a chore, but come here to make that chore as pleasant (and quick) as possible!

New UPS store with friendly owners! They ship UPS or USPS and are conveniently located in the Fallon shopping center. They have cop it machines, printing, notary, and even passport pictures! Don’t hesitate to use this shop.

Our company was so fed up with FedEx that we recently switched to UPS and use them exclusively for our shipping needs. During the short time that we used FedEx, we had been treated rudely, had many packages destroyed by the time they got to their destination, several were lost completely, and employees nit pick at our packages — making us drive all the way home once to put on an extra piece of tape because the employee refused to loan us her roll of packaging tape. We had negative experiences in other FedEx locations as well (must be a company wide culture).
The UPS service is night and day from FedEx and everyone always pleasant no matter which location we use. Unlike FedEx, UPS stores are franchised so we meet owners that truly care about making a good impression and wanting your business. I came to this new location yesterday and it was no different than the others I always visit. Very kind and courteous. Didn’t nit pick my packages. Just weighed them, gave me a receipt, and got the job done. The UPS driver even kindly waited for us so he could get our packages on the truck the same day. Also met the owner and he was great. This store is new and having promotions right now so I highly encourage everyone check it out especially if you are thinking of getting a mailbox. I’ve had one for years and I love it. They sign for all my packages so nothing ever gets lost or stolen and I never change addresses when I move. Also helps a lot with preventing identity theft and trying to stay off the «grid» as my home address is rarely on anything.
