Excellent selection of fresh produce, Friendly and responsive staff and reasonable prices. Try their selection of Andhra powders and pickles — totally awesome!

I have driven by several times so thought I would give it a try, since it is close to home and I was looking for a «go to» indian grocery store being new to the area. A bit on the smaller side. Selection is ok. Customer service was good. Overall would have given it a 3 – 4 star, however turns out that the grapes that I bought were molded. Totally unacceptable and not a good first impression. Might have been an isolated experience but enough to not make me go back there again.

Hands down the best Indian market to shop at. Its clean, staff is awesome and they don’t sell any expired products unlike other indian stores.

I have been going to Trinethra for my weekly grocery shopping ever since the new owner took over more than a year ago. A number of pluses for this place: 1. I go on Saturday mornings and the owner is always there and greets you warmly every time and is interested in knowing what you like so that he can expand his selection. 2. The veggies are extremely fresh and reasonably priced. 3. A big plus from me for the organization of the store which makes it easy to find stuff. The owner listens carefully. One day I had commented that his staff cleans the floor right in the middle of the peak time and I have not had that happen ever since. 4. Variety of vegetables and groceries including frozen items is pretty good. A good selection of organic dal items as well. 5. The owner goes above and beyond to get stuff that they do not regularly carry and then make them regular. One example for me was the Berkeley butter. Not to mention the chaat corner on Friday, sat and Sunday evenings which tastes amazing. Overall this is certainly a five star place for Indian groceries and some chaat and I have not had to look outside for other shops. Couple of suggestions for the owner– introduce a loyalty program for regulars and offer some free movies for purchases above certain dollars. Big thumps up overall.

Had been to the store on a recent festive eve to get Bhakshalu, A typical Telugu Ugadi festival special . Thought it was from Swagat, but the owner said it’s their own brand and they were simply delicious. Never had this original one’s made of Jaggery. Yes Bhakshalu made of Jaggery ! Keep it up!

I went to Trinethra after passing by several hundred times previously. I’ve even been next door at Denicas and looked into but did not go in to Trinethra. Went in today and here are my impressions. Produce — Abundant and surprisingly fresh. We were able to get unique fruits and some prepped vegetables like cut okra Rice — 15+ different kinds, in bulk or standard size bags. Meats — They had a small frig with goat and lamb, and some prepped lamb chaple. Chaat Corner — I heard it was really good. Only open certain hours Fri, Sat, and, Sunday, so will try again later. Not sure how it compares to New India Bazaar, Kamal, Ranch India, New Dehli, Bibl, etc. but will have to make another visit when Chaat Corner is open and make an assessment.

Trinethra India Super has a prepped food stand at the right side as u enter. looks like sauces/veggies for just a few dollars per order. store is big, has a large produce, frozen goods sections, the usual spices, rice, mixes, noodles, etc. all present. snacks pricey so went for the noodles. buys: various ramen:(.49-.59) total 2.02 –maggi(veg/masala), chang’s garlic, –smith & jones masala ramen regular, slightly spicy –rainy day food supply take outs: –every item priced… –didn’t get a receipt

Really fresh items, stocked in small fresh quantities… the owner takes care in providing unexpired items unlike other indian stores in the area and strives to provide excellent customer service… even returns with receipts are easier… really good! Lucky to get this supermarket near to our area at West Dublin… The chat corner at weekends rocks!

New Management, liked the new arrangements and more items than the previous folks. They went a step ahead to note down the items that were missing and brought them to the store and gave me a call to inform of the availability. This is one reason why I shop there often for my Indian groceries.

Not bad. I wouldn’t say it’s better than India Plaza, but it’s not worse. I went here a few times. They don’t carry a lot of items, and the ones they do, they seem to be out of a lot. Time to incorporate a new distribution, ordering, and inventory system so that you are not always out of stock, or you may start losing customers.
