TERRIBLE FOOD OVER THE PAST YEAR (4950 Linton Boulevard, Delray Beach, Florida)
Wendy’s company stores are excellent — so, I would guess this location is a franchisee.
First, 4 months ago, there was no ketchup, and no iced tea — and they said they ran out. What? (Dave’s turning over in his grave !)
And, recently, I have driven away from the drive-​in with orders that were incorrect — weren’t they listening to the few requests that I had?
Today, Jan 24, 2016, the DAVE’s HOT N JUICY burger was served on a bun that tasted like the braided egg breads served at Easter — not the traditional Wendy’s bun.
It tasted cheap, and worse, it was stale!
Due to the many mistakes in service and food quality over the past year, I’m driving the extra mile to the other Wendy’s on Linton (towards the beach), as I have never had a problem there.

You’d think the location down the street from corporate wouldn’t close 10 minutes before they are supposed to close, but they did…

This place gave me a chicken wrap with chicken… on a wrap. No cheese, no lettuce, no ranch. Just chicken. On a wrap. On the plus side, the chicken tasted good. Quality control people!

6600 locations 40,000 employees, couple billion revenue and lots served. Here is the headquarters for Wendys. 1 Dave Thomas BLVD. Now that is success. Naming the street after yourself. Have to set that goal too. You should too. Dave’s Way is another fav book. Love why Wendy’s burgers are square. Dave didn’t like to cut corners. RIP Dave Thomas.
Wish the location near me wouldn’t run outta potatoes so fast. LOL! On the go and fast guess goes with the territory. Thx Wendy!
