Does not understand basic printing and design principles. Had a 4-​up 8.5×11″ flyer I needed to print and they did not understand how to cut the page in quarters, even though the design was obvious. I had to put cut lines on there to show them where to cut it. Even still, they would not format the PDF to print correctly on the paper (they used fit-​to-​size instead of 100%) and we had to go in several times to look at proofs which were incorrect. They are the cheapest option but a hassle.
