I’ve used this location for two truck rentals and for a storage unit. Based on poor previous experiences at other Dubuque locations, I won’t use another location for truck rental. I also had an air conditioned storage unit at Dubuqueland for over a year and I had no problems with access or bugs. Their customer service was second to none. They even mailed me the keys to my padlock that I accidentally turned in. I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to share my completely positive experience.
