I received a beautiful bouquet of Alstromeria, evergreen, pine cones and beautiful bow fir my birthday in December. It lasted 3 ½ weeks !!

I recently ordered a flower arrangement by phone for my grandmothers birthday. I was very specific and told them the maximum amount I wanted to spend including delivery. I also stated I did not want an arrangement with carnations, daisies and filler flowers; I preferred a smaller arrangement with premium flowers. I then received a photo of the arrangement after it was delivered from a family member that visited my grandmother and the arrangement had one rose and was filled with carnations, daisies and filler flowers. The arrangement was an exact replica of what I specifically said to not send and looked like an arrangement that was purchased from a grocery store! I called the florist to talk through my concerns and was told they would give me a call back to discuss. Two weeks later I have received no call and to make matters worse I was charged $ 11.00 more on my credit card that the maximum amount I said I wanted to spend. My family and I have been ordering from this florist for years for funerals, birthdays, get-well arrangements etc. and now I wonder how many times we have been duped? We will be taking our business elsewhere after this experience

I’ve been ordering flowers for more than 10 years from this store. Great, fast service. They offer both modern and traditional arrangements.

I was there a couple months back bought a great arrangement, I paid 20 $ extra to have stargazer lily’s instead of the plain white ones. When my partner brought them home. They were the plain white lily’s. I was very disappointed, I never called or ask for my money back that I paid extra, but I wont be back.
