Fringe Salon

I contacted this salon out of the blue. My sister and I had our usual color/​style/​streaks. We both have been to 5 stars salons, this is NOT a 5 star salon. I have had amazing styles paying less for much better.
This is not Chicago, there was nothing extraordinary about this salon. It was not worth $ 120 dollars. In the city you receive biscotti’s, cappuccino, wine, sparkling water. There was never ever any idle chairs. This day, there were many idle chairs. The day was in October, beautiful.
So, be ware that they are WAY over priced for Dubuque.

I’m a guy in my upper 20’s, so I’m a little more than picky about my hair. I had a hairdresser for about 2 years, but decided I wanted to try someone closer to where I live. Samantha Jones has been cutting my hair now for over a year– and I can’t tell you how satisfied I’ve been. Not only is she charming, fun to talk to-​and a listener– if you like talking like me– she also pays extremely good attention to detail, and has kept a consistent stream of trims and haircuts for me 2 to sometimes 3 times per month. The rest of the staff is lovely and the new location is a piece of art. They provide you with a refreshment of your choice when you check in– and offer razor neck shaves that a lot of other salons don’t. If you’re in Dubuque and need some sprucing– I wouldn’t even think twice.

The place made me feel like I wasn’t in Dubuque, Iowa. The haircut was quick, yet very well done. I am very happy with the way it turned out.

The place looks amazing, the people was very nice and talkative. I recently move to Dubuque and decide to try this place to get a nice hair change. Well the girl was very friendly i explain that i wanted a long bob, and to make it look really in angled. I showed some photos everything looked cleared. Well no, i mean I understand she hesitate to cut more my hair but after two times of telling her you can cut more. I gave up… That was a little disappointed. And the 3 starts its just because my fang well it was oddly cut i had to get it fixed in other place.
