I have a love/hate relationship with this store! I love love love their clearance prices and get some really unbelievable deals but customer service is TERRIBLE! I am not exaggerating when I say, everytime I go to the store I am mischarged for my purchase. I try to watch the prices at the register but once in awhile and I miss one and then I have to go to the dreaded customer service! again let me say, I am not exaggerating when I say I have never recieved an apology for a their cashiers ringing me up incorrectly. on one visit I even explained this frustration to a customer service clerk and she gave no response. even though the clerks at the registers have no customer service skills-often your welcoming greeting is left with no response from the clerks-I do feel bad for them. ringing up clearance items is so tricky on their registers and they often need one of those dreaded customer service clerks to do an override-here comes the long wait, sometimes no response, poor attitude customer service clerk! I’ve complained to the manager in the past and I did get an apology but was also given the attitude that that’s just the way it is. so I accept this, and I’m still a customer because I just can’t beat a good deal!
