Came here based on reviews. First impression is a very nice décor and overall atmosphere. Bathrooms are clean. I ordered off the lunch menu and for 7.95 you get a nice portion. Food was fresh and very tasty. The owners are definitely invested to be a complete restaurant from top to bottom. I would highly recommend you stop in.

Really enjoyed the Tom Kha Soup and Spicy Basil Grouper. The service was excellent. And the atmosphere was pleasant, well decorated. The pop music selection over the speakers wasn’t my favorite. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Dubuque though!

Great food, great attentive service ! A gem in the shopping strip. They allow you to customize spice level 1 – 5 and I got a four which was perfect. Delicious !

Visited here while on vacation — was looking for good thai in a nice atmosphere. This place delivered. Large menu and accommodating to customizations — everything we ordered was made correctly and was delicious. Only disappointment was no crab rangoon. They’d be close to 5 stars if they added that to the menu!

Best red curry with tofu I’ve had in a long time! Ingredients were fresh and low on salt. The tofu was cooked perfect… not rubbery in texture. Sorry I don’t live in the area. I would definitely be a regular!

I’m so glad I stopped in and tried this location. The food was delicious. I had the convo fried rice and it was the best fried rice I’ve ever had, there was a hint of sweetness that really made it stand out. I also had curry chicken, I asked for my servers recommendation of curry style and he said the Pad? Sorry I can’t remember the spelling but it was the only one with mushrooms. I ordered spiciness of ³⁄₅ it was spicy and delicious. I also ordered a mango mojito, nice flavor and yummy mint leaves.

I would definitely recommend Lina’s restaurant for dining! Joe was our server and he was outstanding! Service was prompt, great presentation and a very nice experience. A ‘must’ go to place.

By far, Lina’s was the best lunch out I’ve had in awhile. The first thing to impress me was the room, the décor, and the ambience. It’s just unexpected for a little strip mall, in my view. The lunch menu, all items being $ 7.95−9.95, is extensive, and categorized in four groups: stir-​fry, noodle dishes, fried rice, and making/​rolls. I ordered the Combo fried rice which had chicken shrimp, beef and pork. I just can’t resist the Combo choices. My friend had a noodle dish with vegetables shrimp and fresh basil and cilantro. We imbibed on iced tea. Both dishes were ample portions, not shy with meat/​seafood, and brimming with flavors. My fried rice had that requisite charred wok taste, which one only gets with fried rice. The service was very polite and gracious, and our meals were delivered timely. I only wish I lived (or worked) closer, because I could easily become a regular. About $ 14.00 per person with tax and tip.

This place was fantastic! The spice was perfect, the décor was fun, and our waiter was helpful and had a good sense of humor.

Great veggie egg rolls and exceptionally tasty veggie samosas. I’ve also had the street noodles and want to try the fried rice and drunken noodles soon. I’ve only ever ordered take-​out but the service was effecient.

Nothing particularly terrible but not worth repeating. Nice atmosphere. Waitress was pleasant and attentive but (mildly) inaccurate. I asked if I could get only half an order of spring rolls, she said yes, but kitchen staff came out to say no. No big deal at all but the guy that came out from the kitchen was mildly rude about it – Bad day? Lost a star for food being blah – and kinda a blah menu selection: really the most boring Thai food all around that I’ve ever had – and another for the kitchen staff that missed the lesson on manners.
I’d agree to go back but wouldn’t suggest it.

I was very pleased with Lina’s. The restaurant had very good space and was not congested. It was very clean and the service was friendly and also prompt. Last and certainly not least the food was delicious. I was very pleased with all aspects of service and will definitely dine here again.

Very happy with having such a place here in Dubuque. The owners are very friendly and the building is comfortable and appealing.
The menu is large and varied, from Thai curry to a variety of Sushi. Both are done very well. The only complaint i have about this place is the somewhat slow service. The staff is all very friendly, but sometimes takes a bit longer than to be expected.
Overall i recommend this place to visitors and locals.

I love Thai food, and when i first went here to try their Red Curry I tried not to get high hopes because i knew it was not going to be as good as the Thai food my friends did… BUT OMG I have to say if you go there please try it it was DEEELICIOUS and specially with the number 4 spicy mmm mmm food its really good and the staff its really nice. :)

Passing through the area for work and wanted something other than chain food.
Was pleasantly surprised. Food was very delicious the service was phenomenal. I had Veg Egg Rolls as a starter and Yellow Curry for my main dish. Both came out very prompt, piping hot, and cooked perfectly.
Not in the area very often but will remember this place next time. Would highly recommend stopping for a meal.

We came to town and are vegetarians. Dubuque does not have a lot of healthy options. We found this place and loved it. My Mom had been there and she said it was great. The food was fresh and the service outstanding! Will go every time I visit.

Once again, we decided to try someplace different and we were happy we came here!
Atmosphere: the restaurant has an open, yet intimate feel to it. The lighting is just perfect in giving that effect. The entire restaurant was clean and comfortable. We liked the look of the restaurant as soon as we stepped through the doors.
Staff: we were seated promptly and brought our drinks in very short order. They were very polite and attentive the entire time.
Food: We ordered a California roll appetizer which came out quickly. My girlfriend ordered the glass noodles with chicken and I ordered Pad Thai with beef. The California roll was good. My girlfriend absolutely loved her meal! The Pad Thai was very good, though not the same as I’d had in several different Thai restaurants. I am used to staff bringing out a variety of hot sauces when I go to Thai restaurants and yet none were offered.
It’s definitely a restaurant worth frequenting.
