Rented an overpriced, dated, cluttered 3rd floor condo in Timberbrook from Matthew for a long January holiday weekend. The owner didn’t realize her condo had been rented and had left a ton of clothes, personal belongings, etc. Lights didn’t work in two rooms and couldn’t find the breaker box (hidden behind painting). Matthew’s assistant came over to help and she was awesome. Next day water heater died. Was fixed by that night. Extra towels weren’t delivered because Matthew’s assistant got the flu and he didn’t bother to respond to our call or email. Recommend finding a rental next time by VRBO or AirBNB.
