No complaints here. I forget the associate’s name who helped me the last time, but I’ve rented from here several times over the years and have always received good customer service, and more importantly for me, speedy service. I personally enjoy that I can get in and out of there quickly, and into the rental car so I can begin my travels.
Always a pleasure doing business with these folks.

Only reason it’s not 5 stars is bc it’s still «enterprise» and they have a snake oil sales approach. That being said, I dealt with John who is a local gentlemen from Dudley. He took great care of my family and was up front with all the costs and «extras». I would typically not choose enterprise when traveling however that may change due to my recent experience in Dudley with John.
