Jim and the Quaiel Mechanical team provided superior service throughout the process, as we replaced both our A/​C compressor and Air Handler. Quaiel provided a fair quote, and was by far the most knowledgeable of the several companies we spoke with. This includes both product knowledge, as well as great information on mass save programs, rebates, and financing options. I would highly recommend Quaiel for any of your heating and cooling needs. We bought our house in the summer. When the weather became cold, we realized our heating system was not working properly. We need a new system immediately. We looked several suppliers. Quaiel Mechanical came and did thorough measurement. They provided professional advice to us. They installed the new system for us quickly and helped us with paper works for energy rebates. They also helped us clean our old duct. We are happy with their service. We recommend Quaiel Mechanical to others who need service for heating or cooling system.
