Horrible stale food. Worst 30 buck I’ve ever spent for 2. Burger was dry, bland with no care. For a grease ball burger place it does not satisfy. Stay away.

$ 13 for a frozen patty burger with no sauce on it(even though I asked for ranch). I should have eaten at tap room — $ 15 for a burger combo which I thought was over priced. Stupid me! Never again. Don’t fall for the cute sign and pictures of juicy burgers — Burger King beats this place by a mile. That says a lot.

I won’t be right back. Maybe that’s why they left the word«Back» out. I know the price is jacked up because I’m eating in an airport. However, the BRB experience is not much better than the BRK(BuRger King) experience. If the food photography on the illuminated menu hadn’t fooled me in to expecting a hand made patty with ample toppings then I might not have been as disappointed when I opened up and saw and then bit into and tasted the burger. I think the burger cost $ 9. Dulles airport has a lot of options in this terminal so no need to stop here. To top it off they cook all burgers medium well. Meh.

It’s an airport hamburger place. Of course that is not totally a good excuse since Five Guys are also in the airport and they are great… but not in terminal C. I ate here on my way back from Asia so I have to say that the hamburger may have seemed a little better than it was… but I thought it was OK. Not great. Not bad. Just OK. The fries were mediocre.

The truffle Mac n cheese was cold. I didn’t expect it to be anything mind blowing, but the lest they could do was make sure it was hot!

This place would simply be out of business if it werent in the airport. I would avoid this place like the bubonic plague. If time permits stay clear. Go elsewhere! Clearly the meat tastes like a cow infected by the bubonic plague. The only thing right about this place was the coke. I am going to vomit now.

This place catches a lot of flak, and understandably so, but it’s not awful. This is a burger place in Dulles. if you’re eating here, you’re more or less trapped — it’s not like you have much of a choice in airports, and places like this know it. The prices are ridiculously high, the service is mediocre to awful at best(I just kinda stood around awkwardly waiting for my food without any input from the cashier), and the food is just okay. The burger and fries I got were decent, but definitely not as good as Five Guys or other places you’d usually find in an airport(e.g. Reagan). The burger was a lot bigger than what’s been shown on here, and it was adequately juicy, but the entire meal was a bit basic and spiceless. I can see going here again, but it wouldn’t exactly be my first choice.

The food at BRB is phenomenal. My favorite is the Wild West and I love to add an egg. The burgers are always juicy, and the variety of sauces is amazing. I never had to wait too long for a meal. I noticed that the staff seems very happy, and that’s something you don’t see too often at an airport. Love it!

$ 15 for burgers that fall apart in your hands and fries not even of macdonalds ‘quality’. No thanks.

Another great experience at Be Right Burger! Try the Californian with veggie patty option. The flavor of this combination is excellent. The bun is very tasty. The lettuce, tomato, and avocado are very fresh and perfectly ripe. The staff are always very nice. Even with a short connection you can enjoy a made-to-order sandwich. I can’t wait to try some of the other menu items! The Sedona will probably be next.

I’m not sure why people are complaining about the service. It’s a fast food restaurant, not a sit down white table cloth establishment. They take your order. Burger #X. Wants fries with that? It’s simple. English need not be your first language! Then, they make it right then and there — no heat lamps warming food made hours ago. No sandwiches prepackaged and ready to posion the unwary. The food itself is fine. The fries were crispy and appropriately salty. The burger had plenty of fresh toppings and hit the spot. Simple! Done!

I should take one star off because I could not understand the staff who tried to ask me questions about my order. I am celiac on a medically necessary gluten-free diet. There was no information on the web, so I took my chances and ordered a burger without a bun and a strawberry custard shake. The lady at the register asked me if I wanted fransee with my shake. Even after asking her to repeat her question three times I still had no idea what she was asking. I asked the guy at the register next to her and he repeated the exact same thing — do I want fransee with my shake? I’m still not sure what a fransee is, but the food was pretty decent albeit very expensive.

I was surprised to read the reviews for this place. Just had the schroomin’ burger and it was pretty good! Meat was juicy and the toppings were fresh. I’m taking one star off for the food delivery. They need to get a bit more organized. I’ll still be eating here again.

This place is kind of ridiculous: — No variety in the menu; beef burgers only, no turkey or veggie options — Staff forgot to give me the drink that went with my combo and then proceeded to take other orders before getting the drink for me — Burgers are $ 10+, yet they are the tiny thin little hockey puck frozen patties you buy in bulk at somewhere like Costco — Burger was way overdone, but I guess there’s really only one way to cook frozen — Burger had no seasoning/flavor to it The only saving grace is that the fries are decent. They taste kind of like Wendy’s fries used to back in the day before they changed them.

I should have read the reviews before eating here. I love Five Guys but didn’t see one in C/D and I was too lazy to go to another concourse so I decided to try BRB. I ordered the Californian with fries. The burger was so dry and the avocado was just a bit not ripe yet so it was firm. The fries were good. Nothing spectacular, but better than some of the fries I’ve had recently.

Great place for a quick breakfast before a flight. Had the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit and was pleased with quantity of food and speed of delivery. Admittedly, price is a bit high(over $ 5, when you can get a similar sandwich from Dunkin Donuts for around $ 3.50). However, it hit the spot for me!

What more could you want from a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit when you’re starving and need anything in your stomach before your 6 hour flight? Turkey sausage, of course! The hockey puck-like piece of meat was about half the size of the egg and biscuit and tasted like sh*t – I had to take it out. Admittedly, the egg, cheese, and biscuit didn’t disappoint my grumbling tummy. To add insult to injury, I had to get two toddler-sized boxes of apple juice just to have enough liquid to wash my meal down. Those juice boxes need to be at least… three TIMES the size!

Cyndy’s Bottom Line: a place for a hearty breakfast. I ate the sausage egg and cheese muffin. Huge sandwich with a real fried egg and a delicious sausage patty. The papas which are tater tots are yummy, crispy, salty goodness. Great fortification for a flight!

The average traveler has a lot of options as far as pre-flight meals, but if you’re heading towards the C gates, don’t bother with the burgers here. My burger was so dry and low quality, the only redeeming quality was that the lettuce and tomato were fresh. Definitely not recommending this place.

This is one of those places that falls in the«Fast Casual» category. On first impression only, and another try could always be better, but I’ll call the place«Be Not Great Burger» for now. Since it’s still new, they have time to get it right. The burger was a nice quarter pounder size and the bun was thick and soft(cutting carbs so I ditched the top bun). The meat was dry and flavorless(overcooked). It looked better in the pictures. But it settled in the belly well and was okay for the cross-country flight with no distress. You can build your turkey, beef, chicken or veggie burger the way you like. Located at the intersection in Concourse C near Gate 18. They have a small area to sit and eat or just take your grub to the gate like most people do. Make sure to wash your hands before and after you eat — germs you know.
