This lounge is for Etihad Business and First Class passengers and located close to Etihad A14 Gate at Washington Dulles. The lounge is top-​notch and fairly large, free wifi and lots of seating and a shower should you need one. They have a upstairs seatign area which was not open when I went there. Along with First and Business class passengers you can pay $ 75 and use the lounge. It may eb worth it if you intend to eat and drink for that amount.
I was welcomed with dates. I opted to sit at the bar counter and had a Dominion IPA and ordered food. The service staff asked me if I wanted to eat at the counter or use the dining room. I opted for the dining room. Service was first class and very attentive.
I could have waited in the lounge and boarded straight from the lounge that has a corridor to the gate, very similar to Lufthansa but I used the boarding area at the gate and boarded the flight.
Etihad lounge is nice if you are traveling Business or First Class I would definitely use it, not sure if it is worth the $ 75 for other passengers.
