Bought new mattresses after about 10 years. Donna was wonderful. She was informed and friendly. She allowed us to take our time in making the decision, helped us consider all options, and the store has good prices including price match guarantee.

In our search for our new mattress we went to Mattress Warehouse, Mattress Discounters, and Macy’s. By far the best customer service was received at Mattress Discounters, which is why we ended up purchasing from that store.
The sales people seemed well informed, and when they did not know the answer to a question, they didn’t lie about it and make something up. They either said «I don’t know, I will find out» or went to find out the answer right then.
At the time Macy’s had a sale, and we were able to get the price matched minus a couple of bucks. It was disappointing that there wasn’t free delivery, unlike some mattress stores.
Overall, I would recommend this location to multiple people based on the customer service I received.
