Popeyes

I really wanted to give them a 1 star review but I’m just couldn’t find it in me. I ordered the Cajun wing special. The nice lady told me it would take 10 minutes which wasn’t an issue for me. When I got back to work to open my box I was expecting a golden treasure. Instead I find these little dink wings over seasoned and burnt to a crisp. It was literally the size of a ketchup packet. I can safely say 7 – 11 wings were better than the wings I got from this location. Sad because I love that chicken from Popeyes. Just not this time.

Popeyes is Popeyes. But the very short little dude that works there is not so friendly. Seriously, get some good service in there.

Can I just not give them any stars at all?! I always try to avoid going here. The staff is unfriendly and RUDE all the time! My friend gave me a ripped bill (not in half, just in the middle) to buy his food for him and the popeyes DENIED his money. The lady that took over for the cashier (I’m guessing the manager?) told me that the bank denied her ripped money so she wasn’t accepting any more. That is absurd. The bank will always take ripped money and give you a new bill if you have both serial number on each side or some banks want 50%+ of the bill. The bill was not even ripped in two pieces. If you are not knowledgable with things like this… you should at least be nice.

this is the worst popeyes you could go to. they never have food ready, they get your order wrong every time, the help doesn’t speak American so you cant ask for condiments as they act like its unheard of to give someone butter to go with a biscuit. since when do you not automatically get butter and honey sauce with your biscuits? this site makes you beg for it. they handle the cash register, then go touch food directly. if you get the wrong food on your tray, they put it back in the bins. the place is always messy and each time I think of eating there, I end up walking away in frustration after trying to deal with the crummy help and I go down to Taco Bell instead. don’t eat at this mall location. wait till you can get to the one in Ashburn, its clean, friendly and the food is prepared right. popeyes is great food but this place is not representation of it. the corporation should shut it down.
