I am hard to please but they have done two jobs for me and I have been very pleased. They are always ahead of the technology curve. Both times what they recommended came out two months later and was the number one choice by Consumer Reports. They are very through, clean, and explain everything ahead of time and then how to use the equipment. They even flexed half-​way through the second job and installed wireless speakers even though I heard about it and decided that at the last minute. The owner is great; just don’t misspell his name in an email!
