My car got hit last night. By a hit and run. Where is the security patrol we use to have. New management so glad I am moving I agree with the other Unilocalers. Don’t move here it is ghetto. Living here is like staying at the Ritz with the cast of flavour of love. (if anyone can remember that that show)

I just moved into these apartments today from living in Suwanee Georgia. I just walked outside to grab some more of my boxes to move inside and someone stole my stuff. This place claims that this place is in the rise but you can’t take the ghetto out of this place. You have big groups of black people walking around the parking lot at night. Do not move here. It is dangerous. I am so disappointed. I don’t even know where to start. When we first did our walk through our apartment was not ready. So they pushed out move in date for 3 days. Then they never finished our apartment. The employees didn’t care. And the residents are a joke

New amenities are very nice and they said they offer pest control now so I will have to see how that will work out once it’s starts getting hot and the bugs come out to play. NO SAFETY since gates are still always open even though the new management promised to have it fixed by January 2014… nothing yet
