Clock Gallery

Great place. Lady is VERY helpful. Brought my clock in to be repaired. She fixed it on the spot!!! Friendly, knowlegeable and professionel.

We first stopped in at Clock Gallery during their grand opening this past Saturday, and dropped off 6 watches that needed batteries /​new bands. We were both very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, their reasonable prices and their fast service.
Anyone in need of watch /​clock repair or if you are shopping for a really unique clock — this is definitely the place to go. We will definitely be back.

The owners of this shop are very unprofessional. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. I dropped off a clock for cleaning 5 weeks ago and the owner told me that it would be cleaned within 2 weeks. I reached out to Clock Gallery today and asked them what was going on with my clock and the lady said «they haven’t even looked at it yet» NO APOLOGIES. I asked her why she hasn’t called me and she told me that she only calls when there is something wrong. This is horrible customer service. I left work earlier to pick up my clock today because I did not want to give them a dime of my money. She did not apologize only after I was walking out the door. My clock had an inch of dust on it because she didn’t bother to touch it in 5 weeks. I would of given her my business if she sincerely apologized but she was smug and could care less. The economy is so bad right now, it seems to me that this small business owner should care about each of their clients. I will NEVER give them my business and I will tell all my friends and family NOT to ever go into The Clock Gallery.
