Brandi does an amazing job on my lashes. She is efficient and detailed ensuring ever hair has an extension. I have been coming here for a year and she is always consistent.

Having never had lash extensions, I did extensive research price-​wise, quality, after-​care, facilities, etc. I found CouturEye on Groupon and what I appreciated is that although a great deal, Brandi did not skimp on detail or service.
The entrance is a little confusing– I was lucky that someone opened to let me in, but you need to know her door code #104. She did mention that that information will hopefully become a little more clear when her new website goes live. The only thing is that a couple of my lashes were the positioned the wrong way and my lid was a little sticky a couple hours later, but that could have been my fault when I opened my eyes too quick after she was finished. (I also don’t know anything different, this being my first time so maybe it is normal.)
Going back in a week!

I’ve had an eyelash extension done only once in my life and it was not a professional job. I didn’t know what to expect going into CouturEye. I just decided to go for it after reading the positive reviews. There is a Unilocal deal attached, $ 58 for $ 125 so that helped the decision process as well. I was able to schedule online and was excited to see that they had an opening for 9pm. I arrived 10 minutes early and Brandi (owner) was with another client and politely advised me that she’d be right with me.
Once it was my turn she consulted with me to find out what I liked/​wanted and made suggestions. 10 minutes later I felt super comfortable and we talked like old friends. The hr flew by so fast! I felt no pain, no liquid running in my eye, no sticky eyelids, etc.
See the 1^st time I had them done I experienced all of the above and when they were taken off they took my natural lashes off as well so I was pretty much looking like a bald eagle imo. I almost shed a tear when I looked in the mirror they look so fab and natural. Totally exceeded my expectations! I’ve scheduled another appt with her in a week for a brow extension and cannot wait to see those results. I’ll keep you posted.

CouturEye is the only place I’ll go for my lashes! I have had my eyelashes done at 2 other places and I never get the same results like I do with Brandi. She is very knowledgable and really knows what looks good on you. She takes the time to apply each lash and make you feel comfortable. Her office is clean and very chic. She is definitely worth giving a try! Love my lashes!

I held off writing a review from my first visit because I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. But after my experience today, I feel comfortable in saying that, although her lash work is good, her customer service and personality is lacking! Visit 1: Only about a 15 minute wait. She was fast. Efficient. But said no more than maybe 3 words the entire time. My attempts to break the ice by complimenting her hair and her boots fell flat. I understand I am not attending a comedy show and I don’t expect to be entertained, but I’ve never had a lash experience so… quiet. And it was just awkward. Luckily she has a soft touch so I fell asleep halfway through.
I bought a Groupon, so I had to make my refill appointment within 2 weeks, which I did.
The weather was horrible. It was storming and wasn’t letting up. My first thought at 8am was to reschedule, but this was the last day within my 2 weeks. Also, I wanted to be considerate, not knowing how far she had to travel, she could have already been en route. I wrapped up and got there at exactly 9:02 for my 9am appt. the door was closed and the shade was down so I knocked on the door. No answer. I heard what I thought was talking (but now assume it was the radio maybe), so I sat in the waiting area, which is close to the door and waited.
At about 9:30am I went out to my car for something and decided to call her.
She flatly stated that she was there and I didn’t show up, so she left?! Huh?!
She also stated that she waits no longer than 15 minutes on a customer and I could call and reschedule. (Mind you, this is the day before Christmas!!)
I questioned how any of that was possible, since I’d been waiting for half an hour?! I would have seen her walk out. And when she walked out, did she not think to look over at the waiting area? (Hell, maybe my head was down at the time she left?!) And I guess a phone call to the customer is just too much work?!
My assumption is that because I was prepaid through a Groupon voucher, my business was just not that valuable. Sad, because I intended on tipping her the full price of the refill, since it is the day before Christmas!
The good thing I CAN say, is that my lashes still look decent from 2 weeks ago, so I can still pull it off. I’m just pissed that I had to fight this horrible weather to get here!
In conclusion, my instincts from the first visit were right. I won’t be back! (I wanted to give 2.5, but don’t know how to give half stars.)

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my lashes!!! Brandi was extremely professional, took her time and did a phenomenal job. She also made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire application. Great experience and Brandi has a new client in me!

I just love, love, love Brandi she is the absolute best! She is precise and a pure perfectionist. My first set of Mink lashes were put on by Brandi. She always has a deal on Groupon, but for the work she does the prices cannot be beat!

Coutureye is awesome! I started going to Brandi about 5 weeks ago. I purchased a full-​set mascara look (90min) with 2 touch-​up (3−4weeks).
Brandi is very sweet and friendly. Not only will you get beautiful natural looking mink lashes but her company is also enjoyable. After 4 weeks from my first appointment, still more than 50% of my original extension was still jointed. Brandi really take her time perfecting my lashes. She took a full hour to complete my touch-​up. They were full, volumizing and gorgeously natural looking. I’m hook! They feel natural on, not heavy or uncomfortable at all. Everyone hair growth cycle is different Brandi has different touch-​up packages ranging from $ 25(7−9days),$ 40(14−17days),$ 55(3−4)weeks. She also has different monthly special and discount for students. Frankly sometime the full-​set deal is cheaper than a 4weeks refills. Hopefully there will be deal for refills as well soon.
FYI– Coutureye is located inside Salon Studio Beauty Mall, suite #104. Inside is many privately own salon studios about 15×15sqft, very cute and chic.

Brandi is awesome! I’ve been experimenting with different salons and stylist with my lashes for the past couple of months and in June I decided to give CouturEye a try. The service is amazing. Brandi is very friendly and helpful when giving information and details about the art of lashes. And I get so many compliments on my lashes. They’re very natural looking and the shock that people get when I tell them they are extensions is amazing!
