DentFirst Duluth

First off let me start off by saying that Dr. Edwards at the (Duluth office) on satellite Blvd in Duluth Georgia is amazing! he tries his very best to provide his patients with cheaper alternatives unlike the other dentists there… and his work is great the other dentists at this location not so much… unfortunately my treatment plan is over so I will no longer see Dr Edwards and I did want to get braces at Dentfirst but the staff is so horrible that I will have to go to another office for my braces treatment the staff does not communicate with each other at all to make sure the patient isn’t getting over charged and some of the staff in my opinion are very unprofessional and cannot calculate estimates correctly so I will no longer be going to Dentfirst the staff is just simply untrustworthy but once again I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Edwards he is the ONLY dentist there I would recommend also the new orthodontist office I am going to charges less monthly for braces and the down Payment is less than Dentfirst but the staff is incredible how is that possible? who knows but I’m over Dentfirst!

I have been going to this Duluth office with my two kids for years, and everyone in this office is friendly and super nice!
All of the front desk staff, dental assistants, dental hygienists (We LOVE Mishelle and Meghan) and Dr. Lee, and Dr. Beak, they are the reasons that we go back there.

I haven’t been to a dentist in almost 10 years, but my sister recommended this office so I could finally get a cleaning and some advice on some other concerns I had with my teeth (possible braces, etc). The staff was so sweet and I absolutely love Mishelle! She was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Now my mom can finally stop harassing me to go back to the dentist. I’ve already scheduled my next appointment and look forward to it. I’d definitely recommend Dent1st.

I missed my appointment by mistake for the first time and I received a call that day with a attitude from the employee. I apologized and was not asked to reschedule and was never informed of a broken appointment charge of $ 65. This company could at least inform their patients of this information so there is no surprise even if you do sign documents stating there would be a charge. People forget and we could at least receive a first time warning. After this I will be seeking a new dental office. I’m highly upset about a $ 65 bill. You greedy monsters.

I had a root canal done in the Fall of 2010 and eight months later I was in pain again so they re-​did the root canal but I was still in pain. After several attempts for them to fix it I ended up going to a different dentist and he sanded down the crown a bit and fixed the problem. We are not another year later and the root canal this office re-​did is in need of fixing again. I would recommend this office to ANYONE. They don’t know what they are doing, if I was a little more well off in the world I would take legal action.
